環境地理位置都沒得説，挺不錯的。服務差了一些，沒人開門也沒人幫忙拿行李，前台問題更大，我給客人訂的房間，攜程上預付款也付了，按金也交了5000，沒想到客人第二天説自己付，前台也沒通知我就把我的按金和預付款都退了，然客人自己付了，太尷尬了。作為一個大酒店不應該這麼輕率的就退款，至少也要通知預訂人
