還不錯，裝修比較用心，酒店風格在那一片區域獨樹一幟。但是房間裏比較悶熱，建議白天多開窗通風。對氣味比較敏感的同學，估計會不習慣，房間裏有一股比較難以描述的（不是臭味）的氣味，加上門窗處於常閉狀態，氣味濃度比較高。住了兩晚，第一晚沒有開床服務，製氧機自己捯飭了一下。第二晚有，贈送的銀耳雪梨湯非常人性化，拉薩實在是太幹太幹了，兩個鼻孔幹到流血的程度，建議床頭增加加濕噴霧機。餐廳的菜無功無過，談不上經驗，不算特別好吃也不算特別難吃。對了，酒店對面就是網紅打卡地旱地拔葱八號拍攝地，住酒店的同學可以近水樓台了。
建議1.多通風、多通風、多通風！
建議2.管家應該多留意獨自出行的旅客，給予適當的問候關心，而不是入住後發了關鍵訊息就銷聲匿跡了。

所有房間都是套房，很大，裝修是高級的藏式裝修，工作人員都是極為親切的藏族同胞，餐廳出品非常好，主廚是雲南人。房間裏有自動研磨咖啡機，每天會更換新鮮的水果，晚上會送上暖暖的銀耳羹，下午有簡單的自助下午茶。房間提供兩款水，一款是過濾的自來水，一款是5100礦泉水，無論什麼水都建議煮開了喝。提供有償洗衣服務，第一天我洗了8件衣服花了345元。自助早餐品種不算多，但中、西、藏式都有，我們一家三口去吃也沒有多收一人的錢，而且還允許我們打包。入住期間是兒子的生日，酒店還很貼心地準備了蛋糕，實在讓人倍感温馨。
優點：環境優美，房間舒適，靠近《文成公主》演出點，餐廳出品很好，服務很好。
缺點：離市區較遠，價格高，衹有卧室有製氧機，衹能在入住前5天取消

房間裏最大的亮點就是卧室，六點到第二天早上十點的供養，濕度也給調整好，晚上的睡眠非常舒服了。
門口和前台的服務生都很好，服務主動熱情。

酒店管家非常熱情，幫忙提供了製氧機，非常大程度的緩解了我的高反，就是酒店的車非常緊缺，問了好多次酒店都沒車可以用，就算提前一天約都沒有車可以用。需要自己在滴滴上叫車，很不方便，因為拉薩的滴滴沒有專車，後排都非常的窄，很不舒服，其他都非常不錯。
