J'ai été vraiment bien accueilli dès mon arrivée, et le séjour a été plus qu’agréable ! Les chambres sont impeccablement propres et confortables, et le personnel fait un excellent travail pour assurer notre bien-être, notamment les gestionnaires des chambres qui se montrent toujours attentifs et disponibles. Chaque détail est pris en compte pour rendre l'expérience agréable et sans souci. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil chaleureux !

Deux personnes, 3 reservations, 4 nuits, en vacances. Hôtel agréable, très correct. Le personnel de réception très aimable et accueillant, nous ont beaucoup aidé à trouver des renseignements... Piscine, navette gratuite à l'aéroport... Merci beaucoup à tous!

The internet is unreliable, slow and borderline useless. There are no microwaves on site unless you book one of the overpriced suites, which is not worth the money. Additionally, there are no washer/dryer facilities on site, so you may have difficulty getting your dirty clothes cleaned. Some of the staff members seem unhelpful when it comes to providing basic necessities. The location is excellent, and while some staff are fantastic, others could improve their performance and attitude.

Un bon hotel à Libreville pour un prix correct. Possibilité de diner ou déjeuner sur place. Situé à 15 mns de l'aéroport et 20mns d'Oloumi. Bien centré. Personnel serviable et aidant. Chambres spacieuses et propres. Wifi fonctionne correct.
L'hôtel est situé en centre-ville.
Ce n'est pas le Ritz, mais très bien pour quelques nuits pour découvrir Libreville ou même pour passage pour une escale en attendant le vol régional du lendemain.

I had an unpleasant experience. The room was mouldy and the staff was reluctant to change it,opting instead to quick fix by pouring some perfumed liquid along the walls. Making the situation even worse. Restaurant service is slow and if you're English speaking they're don't bother to get your order right. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Good location near restaurants in Quartier Louis. Nightclub on the premises; if you stay a weekend your sleep won’t be great. Rain showers broken. Wifi terrible in the rooms. Called reception four times to let them know there was no water in the room; they never picked up. Had to walk down three floors from a different building all the way to the reception to inform them. Free airport transfer included, good!

Le séjour s'est bien passé. Un endroit calme, mais beaucoup de visites avec les fêtes de Noel et les mariages.
L'absence d'Internet (signal très faible) durant mon séjour est horrible.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Hotel propre et bien situé. Avait été dans ce hotel en 2013 et il y a une amelioration significative. Cependant, il y a quelques points a ameliorer pour la clientele internationale notamment absence de coffre-fort, de fer a repasser, de verrous interne a la porte de la chambre, etc.
