Sono stato in questo hotel ultima settimana di ottobre e devo dire che mi sono trovata benissimo,camera sempre pulita ristorante vario e molto buono le ragazze del ricevimento molto educati nel complesso devo dire che Consiglio a tutti specialmente a famiglia con bambini

Struttura pulita e accogliente,dotata di molti servizi, personale professionale e pronto a soddisfare tutte le richieste dei clienti. All'interno dell'hotel sono presenti diversi tipi di ristoranti e c'è anche la possibilità di gustare un ottima pizza.

Côté positif le sourire du personnel à la réception et aux restaurants à thème avec une mention spéciale à l'équipe du restaurant mexicain. La propreté des chambres. Côté négatif tous le reste, piscine non chauffé et donc froide, la nourriture si vous aimez le riz et les pâtes parfait autrement c'est régime, pour avoir le choix se présenter à l'ouverture du restaurant (cantine serais mieux) car les plats ne sont pas remis, la plage en pente douce c'est plutôt sur un mur de sable, les animations n'ont pas lieu à l'amphi mais à la piscine, du bruit en permanence et principalement le soir, son à fond, impossible de regarder la télé de lire et de dormir avant 23 h 30 voir minuit. Les excusions qui sont pour la plupart des escroqueries, préféré le bus qui est beaucoup moins cher. Le bar ou les boissons sont plutôt rationnés et le hall inclusive qui n'en est pas un. Les 4 étoiles qui ne sont pas mérités. Etablissement à fuire.

We were here on October 2024, I can not understand why they call this hotel a 4 star hotel. We were all inclusive guest at this hotel. There are few things that you should know before booking this hotel. * You have to pay for your drink after 10pm. * you have to pay for your parking * you have to pay for your beech towel 5 Euro a day and deposit of 25 Euro. * FOOD. There is little choice and lots are cold. Same food repeated daily. [ Please see the attached photo]. * gym is a small room with only three equipment and two not working [ Please see the attached photo]. * balcony is so small that not fit for two people standing with dirty chair.[ Please see the attached photo]. * shower is so small and broken tiles and dirty shower. [ Please see the attached photo]. * I would never go there again and this hotel is not fit to be even called 2 star hotel. * I think this hotel had not been refurbished for decades. The only good about his hotel is room cleaning. Finally, I was not happy with the food, hotel and rooms

Animation au top ! Équipe Jumbo disponible et qui parle français. Très bon accueil mention spéciale à Dylan et Sebiana qui parlent français. Cuisine très bonne, et personnel serviable. Le bar est super bien situé et le personnel est agréable et serviable! Je recommande cet hôtel !

Séjour correct mais des nombreux points sont à revoir : - Personnel extrêmement mal aimable, voire désagréable. -Hôtel éloigné de tout (rien aux alentours) : Nécessité de louer une voiture si sorties/visites souhaitées. -Restaurant (cantine?) très bruyant. Nourriture peu variée et franchement bof. -Piscine froide car à l'ombre à partir de 11h30. -Gros manque d'entretien des parties communes et des chambres. -Plage sale.

Очень старый и неухоженный отель, ремонт убитый. Грязно!!!! Кондиционер не работал, воды горячей не было один день. Еда совсем не вкусная. Самое вкусное- картофель фри. Мухи летают по ресторану. Пляж не убирается, в песке мусор. Музыка по вечерам очень громкая и не давала отдыхать. И еще отель находится далеко от цивилизации, надо брать машину в прокат или автобус до города.

The surrounding is very quiet and a great place to rest, equipped with a picturesque sandy beach and comfy deck chairs. A nice outdoor pool and a plathera of other interesting amenities to use and enjoy in this nice resort. Worth a visit here.

The hotel in Sicily is a gem! Just steps from the beach, it offers stunning views and a relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast make it a perfect getaway. It was very enjoyable with friends. Highly recommend!
