Pullman Lijiang Resort & Spa

This is my third consecutive visit. Every year, around this time, I come to watch the meteor shower and stay at this hotel. It's quiet, has a courtyard, and offers standard resort villas, quite similar in room type to the Bulgari Hotel in Bali. I absolutely love it; it feels just like home. You can even see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from the hotel.

If a business wants customers to give them an exceptional review, they need to provide exceptional service! You get what you give. How can you even ask for a five-star review when you can't even manage a simple upgrade? Is it because all your hotel facilities are outdated? Is it because the floor heating in the bathroom doesn't work and the drain doesn't drain properly? Is it because there are cobwebs in your room? Is it because all the lounge chairs in your courtyard are broken? Think hard about why your hotel, despite having a good location and large rooms, can't command a higher price. It's not about just doing what you're supposed to do to earn a good review; you need to provide service that exceeds customer expectations to get one! Proactive service isn't just talk, it requires action.
