One of my favourite Intercon accommodation! The location is very ideal, the compound is beautiful with nice landscaping. You could relax just walking around the hotel compound. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, toiletries could be more wide ranging. I didn’t try the food as breakfast wasn’t included in the price but there are many good options outside of the hotel. Most importantly, the service of the staff here is amazing! I want to thank this lady (I didn’t get her name) at the reception who referred me to the concierge for the booking of the tickets to the YuLong Snow mountain. The concierge, Nicholas Bun was really helpful with the booking of tickets, which has to be purchased at 8pm sharp, first come first serve. I didn’t have right app to do it so he helped us totally with it and even provided me with oxygen tank. Their service extended to beyond just their responsibility, stay here, you will get all the help you need!

I booked Yueyun with the attitude of giving it a try, and the result exceeded expectations. The scenery is very good and the facilities are well maintained. Thumbs up for the upgraded room type at the front desk. The family villa is full of details and the children like it very much. On the day of check-in, the security guard was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help carry the luggage and guide me to the room. They also introduced the hotel and party facilities in detail, and the housekeeping department responded to all requests. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The hotel is classic ancient architecture and very nice for photo taking. The hotel is 20 mins from Lijiang ancient town. The hotel manager Eason and receptionist April (Ms Hou)are very helpful handling my check in. Eason support very well and upgrade my 2 night stay to Snow Mountain View in continuity with my first day booking. The Yulong Snow Mountain View is just awesome. The staffs made my 3 night stay in Lijiang was memorable and left me a great impression of their hospitality and Lijiang city.

The last stop of Suixinfei was Lijiang. Because I didn’t want to take leave and wanted to go to the mountains for two days in a row, I chose a hotel at the foot of the snow-capped mountains. The experience was unexpectedly good. I'm very satisfied with what I said. 1. It takes 10 minutes to go to the place where the entrance fee is collected at Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and it costs 30 yuan to take a taxi. Very close and convenient. 2. On the second floor of the hotel restaurant, you can watch the Rizhao Mountains. Especially now that it is cold in winter, you can have breakfast indoors with the air conditioner blowing on. After eating, you can finish watching the Rizhao Jinshan Mountains. Go back to your room and tidy up before heading to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Just in time for the 9 o'clock ropeway. The timing is just perfect. 3. The hotel is very beautiful, with an artificial lake and artificial rockery in the center, giving it a Jiangnan feel. There is a forest walk at the back where you can climb a small path. I didn’t see anyone talking about it when I looked at the guide before. I guess everyone just went straight to the snow-capped mountains without exploring the hotel. I was also recommended by Xiao Zhao that I could go for a walk and discovered a new world. There are 4 small pavilions at different heights as you go to the right along the promenade. I think it will be very happy in the summer. You can look down at the small lake from the top, and have a happy tea with your friends. It will be a happy life. If you walk to the left, you can see the snow-capped mountain tops, but they are mostly obscured by trees. Maybe you can make the trees shorter to see more scenery. 4. The room is large and there is a small balcony for me. I looked at the one next door. My balcony seems to be a little bigger than others. It can hold 3 chairs. It will be very happy to lie down after climbing the mountain. 5. The staff's service is very good. They mainly deal with A Ming and Xiao Zhao. They called me in advance that morning to tell me the location of the hotel so that I could not find it. When I arrived, they asked me if I wanted to eat at the hotel in the evening because I had to order food to avoid guests. After climbing the snow-capped mountains, I had no food to eat. On the first day, I climbed 4680 and came down the mountain too late and there was no car. A Ming was kind enough to ask me to take a taxi at the foot of the mountain and ask him to pick me up the mountain. As a result, I came back and found that I was the only one eating in the restaurant, and the kitchen uncle had been waiting for me to cook a cross-bridge rice noodle. It just makes me feel that it is in place in every aspect. When you get to the mountains, you really need a better hotel to live more comfortably. Finally, I was given a gift set from the hotel to take with me. I just think it’s worth it. This service, this facility, this location. 6. In summary, I think it will be very comfortable to stay for at least two days. On the first day, I climbed 4680 Blue Moon Valley and came back for massage and visited the hotel. On the second day, I saw Rizhao Jinshan Mountain, then Maoniuping Yunshanping, and then came back for massage. It is a plan that is very comfortable and allows you to play in various areas of the snow-capped mountains at a relatively suitable pace.

I had a wonderful vacation at Banyan Tree Lijiang. I booked a large bed room with a massage pool and enjoyed the view of the snow-capped mountains while soaking in the pool in the yard. It felt like a vacation. The garden design of the hotel's public area is very exquisite, with many fruit and flower trees planted, allowing you to enjoy different landscapes throughout the year. Children can feed fish and ducks at any time here, play in the Yunshang Farm and trampoline park, and there are various handicraft experience activities every day. The butler service here is also very good. Thank you to our butler Rosa for helping arrange the birthday decoration. She has been paying attention to our stay experience during our stay. The service is very meticulous and considerate. The staff at the hotel's boutique, concierge, and housekeeping departments are always enthusiastic and courteous to provide service and assistance. Overall everything was great!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Lijiang Shuhe Ancient Town. The staff were so friendly and helpful—we loved chatting with them about local attractions, culture, and hiking recommendations! The rooms were beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and included amazing handmade soap and lip balm! The food was incredible—we especially loved the rice noodles and the farm fresh breakfast! The gardens and grounds were spectacular. The owner came and talked with us about her experiences in Yunnan and recommended places to visit. We can’t wait to come back with the whole family!

This Hotel is stunning and exceeded all my expectations in terms of cleanliness and services. The Lake view is incredible, you can take a stroll around it or just enjoy the view from your room. It’s such a calm, quiet and relaxing environment. The Hotel and the surroundings are both very picturesque and beautiful. The Hotel staff is super friendly and incredibly helpful too, they made our stay even more enjoyable and easier. They provided transportation services and free airport drop off. We also got a room upgrade which we loved, so much. We got a wonderful tea welcome and breakfast was amazing. The extended breakfast time makes it even better as you can sleep in. Loved our experience there. Thank you.

This hotel is a perfect location to closely enjoy Jade Dragon Snow Mountain scenery right on the spot. Hotel room view of the mountain is right in front of you. Nightly starry sky is right ahead of you. There’s no need to travel to see the beautiful mountain because it is nestled near the snow mountain. Every hotel staff is so helpful and welcoming, we feel so warm and happy every where we go - front desk staff, managers, restaurant staff, shuttle drivers so pleasantly take you around the hotel facilities (though we prefer to walk most of the time to enjoy every single step. We’re well taken cared of even getting complimentary rides to and from the visitors center. All staff , every one, treats us so warmly and happily. After you paid for the hotel room price - which we think is well worth it, all other expenses like dinners, room service are very reasonably priced. The only downside is the photo package included, professional photographer does a very good job but don’t get trapped in being talked into purchasing photos at 80 Yuen each which can become the most expensive add on during your trip. On the other hand, if you really like taking and keeping glamorous pictures it is your call.

Exceeded expectations. Very new hotel, very clean, and high tech. Room size was good, toilet with automated wc. Do note, though, that the glass separating wc and shower is transparent; not convenient for 2 people to use at the same time. The location is in-between Black Dragon Lake and the Water Wheel - both within 5 mins walk. Service was very polite, with complimentary afternoon tea, fruits and pastry.
