The hotel is excellently located opposite the main train station where the Eurostar arrived. The area was very quiet and also within walking distance to pretty much everything we needed to see so we walked everywhere and never needed public transport. The lobby of the hotel is cosy and very welcoming and the people at reception were friendly and very accommodating. The room was nice and the beds very comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that but we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Ideal location in the middle of everything in the city.

Very disappointed with this hotel. For 3 stars hotel, I pay £225 per night without breakfast for a room that looks like a cupboard. There was a tiny window with a view on a wall, no mirror in the bathroom, at 6 am you are woken-up by a noise that I still do not know where it is coming from, the insulation is not great, so be ready to hear your neighbours. However, the location was perfect, right in the town center (probably why it was so expensive). I arrived late at night and it was not obvious to find the entrance as it is part of a gallery that is closed at night, so when you find the door, you need to ring a bell. I was also not expecting to be welcomed at the hotel door by friendly beggars who sleep there during the night. Do not get me wrong, they were very nice but it could unsettled some people arriving late like me. I am afraid, I will not go back to this hotel.

Every time I travel to Lille, I live in their hotel. The breakfast is very rich, the room is very clean and tidy, the area is large, and the service is very good every time, especially the parking front desk will help you park and pick up the car. You have to put the car at the door.

The hotel Is situated in the backstreets of what seemed like a residential area of Lille. I am not too mobile so the location for me wasn’t great, it was about 10 mins walk to the metro or further to walk into the centre. Lille itself has a lot of beggars so have your wits about you. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was basic but clean and comfortable although very dark die to small window which was covered by outside plants. Booking.com stated free onsite parking but we didn’t realise we needed to request this on the booking so when we arrived the hotel car park was full and we had to pay €14 to leave our car in the stree outside, which was fine but initially we were dubious due to the location of the hotel. For the price we got what we expected.

Rooms hot and poorly ventilated. We We’re pleased it wasn’t summer! The bed was comfortable and linen clean and fresh. Bathroom was ok, but so small I could barely fit into it. Little room between sink and door. One smallish towel was provided per person and one of our towels had a hole in it. The toilet seat was awful. Neither the lid or the seat would stay up. Really awkward for males. Not even plastic glasses were provided in the room, so you couldn’t have a drink of water. Bar was ok but very expensive. Restaurant is a shipping container in the back yard. No doubt very cool and all that but its facilities were meagre. We ordered 2 pizzas and were warned it could be a 50 minute wait. We decided that was just about acceptable. However it took 1.5 hours to deliver our order! It might be funky and all that but it was very, very slow. In fact really poor. Staff friendly, with good English spoken throughout. Parking plentiful and it felt secure. The hotel is too far from the city centre to be convenient. We walked in twice and whilst quite a pleasant walk it is about 40 minutes. There were no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance. It wasn’t exactly cheap but OK. Overall average.

Lors d'un séjour début novembre, j'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cet établissement. Points négatifs : - Le responsable n'est pas à la hauteur de son poste. La climatisation était en mode froid et, bête et discipliné, ce monsieur croyait dur comme fer sa petite machine qui lui disait, qu'elle était en mode chauffage. Il remettait clairement en cause nos propos. Il faut à un moment donné faire face à la réalité plutôt que de croire à une machine défectueuse. De plus, quand on parle d'un client négativement, il faut absolument le faire en back office, jamais en front desk. Ce monsieur manque considérablement de formation, il faudra lui pardonner. En revanche, la réceptionniste a elle-même réglé la situation en nous prêtant un chauffage d'appoint. - Les femmes de chambres ont trop de travail pour travailler correctement. La propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous. La dame de mon étage a tout de même contribué au bon déroulement de notre séjour tant elle était sympathique et voulait bien faire. Merci à elle. Points positifs : - Le veilleur de nuit, très professionnel, très compétent, qui lui, mériterait clairement la place du responsable. Étant dirigeant d'hôtel, ça aurait été clairement mon choix. Barbu brun, cheveux mi-long attachés, il se reconnaîtra, je n'ai malheureusement pas son prénom. - Jeanne, Angèle et Sean, ont été parfaits ! Merci d'avoir, tout au long de notre séjour, tout fait pour qu'il soit des plus agréables ! Une très belle équipe aimable, serviable et très professionnelle. Un ” cinq étoiles ” aurait été de mise si je n'avais pas croisé la route du gugusse que j'ai mentionné au début, et si les femmes de chambres étaient plus nombreuses, afin d'assurer un ménage de qualité. Stayed one night (driving through Lille) with the family. We reserved a ‘Family Room’ and got two adjacent rooms (connected through an inside door), hence had two bathrooms, TVs, the whole lot. The hotel looks recently renovated (or built), it is very well located in the city center of Loos, plenty of places to eat nearby, a beautiful park, and a Carrefour (in case you need some groceries). The hotel has all measures for dealing with COVID-19 and the breakfast was served to ensure guests are not on top of each other and the food. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and will pass by again.

Clean rooms , welcome staff , near metro 7 min walk , city centre of Lille not very far by metro or car and various restaurants nearby according to taste , fast food , pizza and bowling and cinema nearby free Wi-Fi , Quality ratio correct price

We when from Uk and check in after driving 6 hour to get there to find out the promo he gave us I wouldn’t even like my enemies to go sleep in that sort of an apartment it’s embarrassing if you’re taking someone with you I have added photos to see the walls were not painted there were cracks on the walls from top to bottom and only give it a one star rating Within two minutes of seeing the room I went to reception again try to get a better room and gave them a chance to sort it out instead he told me there are no rooms available and when you see online it said two available. Aircon was not working It’s one they control reception was not helpful at all we did not stay in the hotel looking at the room you could not stay charged me a cancellation fee which they should not have Knowing the room was in such a bad condition Paid for the full accommodation before arriving from the booking.com had to call booking.com to sort it out when I checked in on the first asked for the city tax Left straight away charge me €160 and no paperwork to follow as check out or anything like that kept my credit card details when paid Booking.com avoid avoid and avoid
