Stayed for 1 week, the only thing I can say about the room is that it is not as advertised, I'd say the room or bathroom have not been decorated since the 80s, very tired and disappointing, however the view from the balcony was beautiful. Please decorate your rooms,badly needed!!

Reviews are a bit like Marmite, what some people love others hate. So I will not talk about personal tastes. We as a family had a wonderful stay, and everyone said they want to come back next year. RECEPTION, smiling, helpful and spoke English. ROOMS, clean, comfortable, AC kept the room cool, FREE WIFI sometimes cut out in room but was fine elsewhere. BATHROOM, small but never caused a problem. HOUSEKEEPING, very friendly did a great job. BUFFET BREAKFAST, great choices of hot and cold food. BUFFET DINNER, great choices, salad bar (antipasti) 3 types pasta, 1 roast (carvery) 2 other meat dishes and veg. Good dessert choices but be quick as they run out towards end of service. WAITING STAFF, friendly, spoke English but sometimes a bit over efficient in trying to clear your plates away. POOLSIDE, never a problem getting a sunbed, a few put their towels down to reserve but they were in the minority. Used the Indoor pool, as it was generally empty. LOCATION, perfect to stroll into town in a matter of minutes, downhill to Limone, uphill back to hotel a good way to walk off the calories.

Ho scelto questo albergo per trascorrere qualche giorno di assoluto relax. Bella struttura in posizione fantastica. Scelto prevalentemente da tedeschi. Le camere sono un po' piccole e un pochino datate ma pulite e tutte con una vista sul lago fantastica. Il personale è molto cortese e gentile. E' dotato di due piscine più una interna con idromassaggio. Non è dotato di ristorante ma si appoggia sul ristorante di un albergo della stessa catena che si trova a pochi metri. Colazione molto abbondante anche se non superlativa. Nel complesso buono e consigliabile per chi vuol trascorrere qualche giorno di relax. Prezzo nella media. Carino il piccolo omaggio dato al check out.

Struttura datata che potrebbe avere un ottimo potenziale vista la posizione ma purtroppo gran parte dei punti di forza che la struttura potrebbe offrire ( piscine, aree relax ) non sono gestite e risultano poco piacevoli se non inutilizzabili. Lo stesso personale non ne promuove l’esistenza, a meno dei social che invece ne enfatizzano l’apparenza a scopo di attrarre il cliente. Colazione troppo turistica ma varia in linea con un target prettamente tedesco, minibar nelle camere completamente vuoto, camere con vista spettacolare su lago ma da modernizzare (in modo particolare il bagno). Rapporto prezzo con qualità e servizi offerti troppo alto. Il personale giovane è anche disponibile e gentile, pulizia buona, camera spaziosa, ma sembra mancare una Direzione nella gestione organizzativa.

Volvería a este lugar una y otra vez y de hecho, asi ha sido. Hay experiencias que no pueden explicarse con palabras. Alojarse aquí, es una de ellas.

Wonderful location, few minutes walking distance from town. Rooms superb, food great and staff/service wonderful. Will definitely come back. Parking a bit limited, but if you can’t manage on your own, reception will help. Other than that there’s really nothing to fault. Book there immediately, look no further.
