Got a room with a hot tub and the water didn't work and they didn't have another room and that was the point of getting the room

The hotel was pretty worn down and dirty. The worst part was the musty smell. I’m not sure how, but the room was both hot (humid) and cold from the air conditioning that was blasting and wouldn’t do anything but blast or turn off. The curtains had holes in them and the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were dirty and had mold on them.

Had my 1 year old with me, move our room to second floor without an explanation, also no elevator. Only in our room for 3 minutes, our door knob inside broke off and would not let us out. Call front desk and it took the employee 10 minutes to get back to me. Took 50 minutes for them to get us out and into a new room. The breakfast was horrible and cold for (hot breakfast)

The tv remote wasn’t working and we informed the desk twice and was told twice that maintenance would be down and they never came.

To start off, we had a broken toilet. We let font desk know only to have it be "fixed" with a plunger which was left for our use. We had to plung it frequently for it to flush at all and it was obviously needing repairs beyond a plunger. Shower head also broken. Spa in the room (oddly placed across from the bed) also broken (as announced by the front desk at check in). Opening the drapes revealed a view to a car dealership parking lot. The blankets were insufficient as well. Additionally, this place seems to attract only the kind of crazy people one would expect at a cheap motel. Some people began yelling in the hallway at 10:30pm which continued intermittently until some time past midnight. No response from the front desk. We could not get out of here early enough the next morning (1 night stay only) and would NOT recommend anyone to stay here.

I didnt get deposit. Back thebthe room was. Not. Mees bothing was damaged. Kinda mad second time it happened

Told them at 5pm that our TV didn't work. Maintenance showed up at 9:45pm after we went to the desk several times. Finally had TV at 11:15 when worker finally have up and just got us a different TV. The Hot tub was the color of meat broth and the jets didn't work anyway. People were only sitting on the edge with feet only in because it was gross. Pool was freezing and numerous people asked for towels and day 2 when we left they still hadn't put any out. We are not wealthy people and a weekend away is a big deal to us, so it was all very disappointing and disheartening. We won't be staying there again. LaQuinta is so much better but sadly was full so we gave this place a shot.

A little dated. Shower was old and not that nice. One of the wall lights buzzed loudly so could not use it. Only gave one soap for sink and shower.

The light above the jacuzzi didn’t work. The jacuzzi was dirty, extremely loud and stopped worked after like 10 minutes.

The hotel is older so some things look rundown however the Jacuzzi and fireplace in the room worked which made it a cozy room for the night. Price point was perfect for a large room with those things. Also free breakfast doesn't hurt.

There was mold on the breakfast sausage this morning. It did not give me confidence in the other items i'd already eaten at that point. The coffee station had styrafoam cups but there were no lids.

The first room they gave me was a double queen and it was absolutely horrible. The room smelled and was dirty. The bed spread looked like an egg crate from it being in the dryer to long or something. The inside material was all bunched up in balls making it look like an egg crate. I complained to the front desk, and they gave me a room with a king sized bed which was much better. At least they could vacuum along side the bed. The first room between the wall and the bed was filthy along with the rest of the room. I highly doubt I would ever stay there again.

Room and hallways smelled awful. The hallways were dark and creepy.
