very nice and convenient hotel near the airport standard good service

Clean, convenient and staff were very friendly. Nice breakfast, lots of options . Dinner at the restaurant was nice too. The chicken biryani’ were halal too. Nice view of the runway from our room. Another plus. Easy access to terminal 2, 3, and 5 . The hoppa buses were very handy . Definitely recommend it .

Bad experience when communicating with the hotel staff. Due to the airline cancellation of the flight, I am not able to attend this hotel. And the hotel is unwilling to refund/ cancel/ or any solution in order to help me. Very bad experience

Near the airport. Everything is good.

Location was close to bus stop — which was super convenient for getting to terminal 2 and 3. Quiet room was still quite close to runway so if you are a sound sleeper it is fine.

2nd time we've stayed here the night before a flight and overall very satisfied. The rooms are clean and well equipped and the beds are large and very comfortable. Less than 10 minutes by Uber to T3 and very short walk away from a decent pub. Only complaint is that we parked outside the entrance briefly while we checked in and got lumped with a £5 parking fee which is not made clear by any signs. We tried to question this at the desk but the staff's first language was not English and they didn't understand our query.

We checked in at about midnight. Front office staff was friendly and helpful. He changed my room promptly after informing them the noisy fan coil.

Nice airport hotel very convenient location for Heathrow

Breakfast was excellent and good selection. Had a Burger the previous night was quite expensive and not the best. Room was excellent and I would stay there again.

The room is very clean. Near to bus stops which can go directly to Terminal 3 and Terminal 5.

Fantastic facilities and excellent service. A truly wonderful layover.
