房間衞生一般，浴室洗澡會堵，溢水到處都是
家庭房就是普通雙床加了一個小房間，不是格林豪泰連鎖的，是一個私人住宅改造的，晚上入住時候的前台態度很好，第二天換班了那個前台態度惡劣
