The hotel environment is fantastic, quiet and private, perfect for a getaway. The public areas are beautiful, and there's even a private beach, making it ideal for those who love peace and quiet. The hotel service is also excellent. Even though the weather was hot, we could call for a shuttle at any time, and the service response was very quick. The hotel breakfast was delicious too. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

After exiting the high-speed rail station, someone from the guesthouse was already there to pick us up. The next day, someone drove us to Fenjiezhou Island. When we wanted to visit nearby beaches, they lent us electric scooters for free, and cruising around was super enjoyable! The young ladies and the drivers were all very enthusiastic. In the evening, they brought us some fruit, and breakfast was provided in the morning. On top of all that, the accommodation price was really affordable – excellent value for money! Five-star rating! The picture shows the coconuts in the yard; there were so many hanging there.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Sanya Xiangshui Bay was fantastic! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with such warmth from the staff. Our room had an expansive view, offering breathtaking, unobstructed sea views. A special thanks to AT for their attentive assistance throughout our stay; whether it was asking about local attractions or handling small requests for the room, their response was always incredibly prompt, which made us feel very well taken care of. The hotel's environment and facilities also lived up to the Holiday Inn brand's consistent standards; the kids especially loved the pool and the children's playground. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Lingshui, highly recommended!

Okay, I think this hotel is absolutely fantastic. First off, it's in Xiangshui Bay, and compared to the prices in Qingshui Bay, you can get a much better deal here. Plus, since there are fewer people, the hotel essentially has its own private beach. While the sand might not be as fine as Qingshui Bay's, it's still really good overall. And from the balcony of the sea-view rooms, you get a breathtaking vista of the clear blue sea with gentle waves, which is incredibly refreshing. The front desk staff was also incredibly enthusiastic. The lady at the front desk even proactively added me on WeChat, so I could just message her directly with any requests. The hotel's facilities are quite impressive, I'd say they're at least four-star quality, almost five-star. Initially, my room didn't include breakfast, but the staff member kindly arranged for me to have two days of complimentary breakfast, which was also quite good. They also have a billiards room, a gym, and a swimming pool. The main building houses various types of rooms, and surrounding it are different villas. Honestly, I feel like staying in a sea-view room offers better value for money than a villa. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!

I stayed in Lingshui, Hainan for five days and have been at this hotel the whole time. Parking is super convenient – no need to scan a QR code every time I leave. On the last day, I spontaneously added another night, and the front desk lady upgraded our room, which had an amazing view. The staff were all great; hotel personnel even delivered our takeout. We brought our baby, and it was very quiet. The hotel cleaning staff tidied our room beautifully every day. Our room was very close to the sea and had no strange smells. When we checked out, a gentleman in the lobby noticed I hadn't eaten yet. He specifically called the restaurant to confirm they were still serving and asked if we wanted to eat before leaving, which was incredibly thoughtful ☺️. The room views are fantastic, the beach is spotless, and the pool is very well maintained with no debris.

The hotel rooms are very large, which is also a common feature of Hainan resort hotels. We booked a deluxe family room with a large bed and a single bed, which is very suitable for a family of three. The shower water is super sufficient, and the bath is very refreshing. The swimming pool is a bit small and shallow, only suitable for children. The hotel is very close to the beach and it is very convenient to go to the beach. However, if you have high requirements for the beach and sea color directly connected to the hotel, please consider it carefully. It is very convenient to take a taxi to Fenjiezhou Island, which is only a dozen minutes' drive away. The price is really super suitable, which is why I chose this place this time. In general, it is very cost-effective.

The hotel provided excellent service (special commendation to Ms. Yang for the crab-catching activity, Manager Zhang for his proactive problem-solving and follow-up, and the cleaning and air conditioning repair staff). Any issues were handled and resolved very quickly (including a free room upgrade). However, the hotel should pay attention to repairing the shower door in room 603 to prevent any more guests from being locked inside.

The beach is clean and less crowded, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset – incredibly romantic. ✅ Spaciousness: The villa rooms are spacious and bright, with comfortable living rooms, bedrooms, and courtyards. A large family could comfortably stay, and the kids could run and play freely. ✅ Excellent service: The dedicated butler was incredibly attentive, helping with deliveries and takeout, and providing on-call luggage pick-up and drop-off services. We didn't have to worry about anything, truly achieving a ”relaxed vacation.” ✅ Healing environment: The park is lush with greenery and exquisitely landscaped, perfect for strolling or simply relaxing. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it's the perfect place to unwind and de-stress. In short, the value for money and the overall experience were both excellent. The whole family was very satisfied and will definitely come back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality family vacation! ❤️
