上次過來住2天，樓上客人拉夜凳子，找酒店換，連句不好意思，對不起都沒有。態度一般，感覺我找事一樣。我想都不容易，也就沒投訴。這次過來空調是壞的，連續換了2間，空調小度都有問題，最後有換了一間才好。中間換房大概半個小時時間，就讓機器人吧房卡送來，連個道歉的人都沒有。希岸也是連鎖酒店，沒想到寧東店的工作人員服務這麼差勁。
