One of the best hostels I've ever been to. The room was very comfortable and private. The rooms and common areas were clean. The location was excellent. The staff was extraordinary. Many thanks to Cecilia for being so kind and helping me with everything. 100% recommended and I will definitely book for the next time.

The room is small, but since I only sleep there, it doesn't bother me that much. I liked that each bed had a curtain and that the storage box under the bed was large. The air conditioner worked well. However, the shower only came with a button, and I had to press it over and over again, which was inconvenient. There was no kitchen, but there was a microwave and tableware, which I could use, which was good (^^) The front desk was also very helpful (^^)

The service of this hotel is very bad. I called to change the date but it was not changed. I requested to refund one night but it was not accepted. After payment, no matter what the reason, not a single cent was refunded. It is very unreasonable. Don't book!

The hostel is situated in a great location. The view from rooftop is astonishing. Sadly the operating hours of the rooftop bar is only until 9:30pm. I wished it could have been longer. But overall the hostel is great and clean.

There was poor communication between the front desk staff and the cleaning staff. When I checked in the day before, I was given beds 2 & 3 in room number 502. When I got up, I found that bed 2 was already occupied. After communicating with the front desk, I changed to beds 1 & 3 and stayed there for three days. However, on the night of the second day , the luggage at No. 1 was emptied to the counter, and the bed at No. 1 had been sold to a new tenant.... This caused a lot of inconvenience. When we coordinated the next day, the counter staff would only say that this was not his decision. Has nothing to do with him
