Apartment offers and very well equipped

The facilities are good, but the hotel did not send a check-in guide email. This is a bit of a waste of time

It was a painful and slow check-in. There were 2 of us, and they wanted us to pay for 3 people. The apartment was reasonable, but the sofa was wet.

Aside from the friendly and clean housekeeping, it was really the worst. The contents are still unclear^^ 1. Fake Elevator I made a reservation because they said there was an elevator, but I couldn't use it once for 3 nights from the day of check-in to the day of check-out. Since there was no hotel counter, I called the hotel using the phone next to the self-check-in machine, but they only told me to wait. So, I carried 4 suitcases weighing a total of 80kg (30+30+10+10) up and down the top floor several times and moved them when checking in and out (the stairs were narrow and there were a lot of them). On the way up, I met the cleaning staff, but he didn't speak English, so I asked through the translator, 'How long will I not be able to use the elevator?' and he said, 'I won't be able to use it until tomorrow,' so I decided to wait and didn't get a refund... until the day I checked out. I couldn't use it. I looked up the reviews and saw that many of them said they couldn't use the elevator, so I think it's safe to say it just doesn't exist. 2. Eat up your city tax You must pay the city tax through the self-check-in machine, and then a page will appear where you can see your room number and password. Since we were staying for two people, we were informed in advance that the city tax would be a total of 12 euros, but the check-in machine asked for a total of 18 euros. We decided that it would be difficult for us to communicate with the hotel, so we paid and checked in, and then inquired about a refund through Trip.com, the reservation agency. Trip.com tried to contact the hotel, but was unable to do so, and the late reply they received was that it was because the reservation was made for 3 people. I have no idea how far away I am:: When I checked in, I entered the information for 2 people, and of course the room was for 2 people. (There is proof in the video) So I inquired again, but they kept insisting that it was for 3 people, so I didn't get a refund in the end. ^^ Check the CCTV or something. That's ridiculous. Even if an urgent problem arises during your stay, there is no one at the accommodation to solve it. If you feel stressed during your trip like me, I recommend not staying there. give me my money 3. War against ants I stayed in a total of 11 hotels during my month-long trip to Europe, and this was the first and last place where ants appeared. Ants appeared in the kitchen and bedroom when nothing had been eaten. The bathroom has a shower booth, but it has a strange structure where water leaks and the floor is soaked even when the door is closed. I don't know if it's a problem with the exhaust fan, but the unpleasant smell doesn't go away in the bathroom. There are many other problems, but I didn't mention them all.
