The hotel is quite new, all the facilities are very new, the service attitude is very good, the room is not too small, the underground parking lot is large, it is more convenient to drive by yourself, but it is not so convenient to buy things around, fortunately, Lisbon is not big

The hotel itself is a palace, the environment is very good, but there is a distance from the city center, compared to the secluded. Relative to the environment, the room looks normal. This hotel is in a great location, right across to the Jeronimos Monestary in Belem. Breakfast was incredible- so much to choose from, fresh and delicious. King size bed was comfortable. However, furniture and other decor is dated and shows lots of wear. Bathroom, though clean, was dark (it was hard to see to put makeup on) and showers are not really easy to get in and out of a you have to step up to get into it and down of course to get out. Even with a safety handle it's slippery (and I have the bruise to prove it). Staff was courteous and friendly. I feel the pictures are nice than the rooms actually look

Dans l'ensemble très bien !! L'accueil parfait 👍 juste par contre la salle de bain à contrôler ! Et le sol de la douche ça glisse beaucoup. L' emplacement est bien, si vous restez dans les alentours de belém. Les bus sont tout proche ça cest le top. En tout cas nous avons passées un bon petit séjour. Merci beaucoup

The property's facilities are breathtaking. The roof top pool is a silent and exclusive heaven. The view from my private balcony was flawless, overseeing 2 of the most important monuments in Lisbon. All the staff are so friendly and always smiling. The whole team really went the extra mile to make me feel welcomed and at home. The breakfast was exquisite. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Totally recommend it!!

Amazing stay at this hostel. Yes it's a bit far away but everything is clean and tidy. The check in is possible til midnight so this is really helpful and the volunteers are really lovely like a family ♥️ You can't do best price 🤙 Also because you are not in the city center you can sleep without noise and the check out is til 3pm so everything is perfect if as me you don't have a lot of money but good relationship with people 😀

Quality price ratio for 4 days is CORRECT but without any more Major problem the kitchen staff is poor, I don't know whether it's the wake that bothers them or not, but if you don't like what you're doing changes of job. I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.
