Ho soggiornato con mio marito 2 settimane ad agosto La posizione è ottima a pochi minuti a piedi sia dalla Chora che da Livadi Gli appartamenti sono curati, spaziosi, molto silenziosi La pulizia è quotidiana con cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani ogni 2/3 giorni Per motivi di prenotazione abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti presso l'appartamento Karai e le altre nell'appartamento Arkasavoli entrambi confortevoli:il primo nella zona più alta e su due livelli con una visita eccezionale sulla baia di Livadi e sulla Chora, il secondo con vista solo sulla baia ma, forse, più "comodo" avendo tutto sullo stesso piano. Colazione ottima con scelta di salato e dolce... 14 colazioni con dolci fatti in casa sempre diversi! Anna sempre gentile e disponibile È stato un soggiorno davvero rilassante e rigenerante Lo consigliamo

Excellent hospitality, Katerina and Anna made us feel as if we have known each other for years... the room was spotless, the view is astonishing, breakfast was home cooked with fresh products, they had a vast variety of breakfast choices... overall completely satisfied. We'll definitely stay here next time we're in astypalaia...

Un'oasi di bellezza.
La struttura è ben curata e gestita; i proprietari sono discreti e disponibili. Le camere con vista mare strepitosa affacciano sulla baia di Livadi; ben distanziate tra loro offrono la giusta privacy; l'arredamento di gusto raffinato rispetta la tradizione del luogo. La colazione si potrebbe migliorare ampliando l'offerta delle portate

Fabulous hotel, with a fantastic view from one of the most spectacular Greek islands I have ever been to (and I have been to a few). Bungalows/houses have very Greek-style deco but with a modern twist (AC, cooking hob, coffee facilities). All staff are very family friendly feeling if you need anything on the island ask them - they will be able to help (organise moped for a day, book transport to the local airport, or advice where to go and what to see. The hotel is located nearby the beach all tho it is a quick walk down it could be difficult for the elderly or very young to walk back (I love the daily hike up after a day at the beach). You have B'fast included with your stay and is delicious with local cuisine, every day they prepare a special of the day to try - this is a fantastic idea. Overall BRILLIANT Hotel with a BRILLIANT amosphare.

Excellent stay. Good location in between the Chora and Livadi beach, comfortable and beautiful room, nice garden, nice breakfast. Above all excellent views of the sea, the ideal spot to relax after a day exploring the island. Thank you

a splendid stay in an environment with attention to the smallest details with an excellent breakfast, in which caterina, the owner, made a sweet and a savory dish, every day, always varying, in eight days we never ate identical things. it was a set menu from which to order toast, eggs, yoghurt with fruit, jam, fresh bread, hot drinks, orange juice, etc. a beautiful view that went from the chora to the open mqre, up to the beach of livadi. convenient location halfway between chora and the beach. if the car rental is needed, the son will provide.

Location molto bella, con vista spettacolare sulla spiaggia di Livadi, e sulla Chora e il Castello Querini (nobile famiglia veneziana). Noi abbiamo comunque noleggiato uno scooter tramite loro. Struttura curata e ben arredata in puro stile cicladico (l'isola pur facendo parte del Dodecaneso è vicina alle Cicladi). La nostra stanza la Diplo Tholari era un meraviglioso appartamento, con una zona giorno con angolo cottura attrezzato (per chi volesse cucinare) e un bel patio pergolato. Letto supercomodo. Colazione alla carta ottima, con dolce e salato ogni giorno diversi, servita da Zefira, molto gentile e professionale, nel meraviglioso giardino con vista spettacolare. Servizio attento e curato, pulizia eccellente. Utile il servizio di libreria nella sala comune con libri vari da prendere/lasciare. Un soggiorno indimenticabile.

"Calderimi" is a special experience in beautiful Astypalaia. Everything is so well thought out, combined with the unpretentious kindness and care of Mrs. Katerina and the staff, that there is no way that one cannot fail to be delighted. Aesthetics and passion prevail throughout the space and in the rooms, even in the details. Beautiful soft colors, careful combinations of materials, cute curtains, colored ceramics - everything creates a relaxing and pleasant mood. The rooms were great, tastefully decorated, traditional, functional, you really enjoy. Some, in fact, have a magnificent view of the sea and the castle. The view from our window to the castle under the stars was indescribable. It is also important that the rooms are located in a particularly convenient location. In approximately 5-10 minutes you can walk to the village, while the beach "Livadia" is also nearby, reachable in 3 minutes by car. By walking, one wants to bear the uphill a bit, but we saw several people attempting it. We couldn't not mention Mrs. Katerina's breakfast with local delicacies (we didn't know what to choose first). We really liked it, mainly because it offers excellent quality along with the personal touch of the people who work on it. Go (and most likely go again). You will rest, relax and enjoy colors, images and smells (lavender, oregano and other herbs grow by the side of the small paths)...
