Brilliant location, right in the centre. The staff were brill - checked in early and left luggage- when we returned the room wasn’t ready so ordered a wine which came at the same time as our room became available so the staff took it to our room and bags for us. Had a junior suite which was perfect for a family . Complimentary drinks went down a treat pre evening meal. Were booked into the Resident in Covent Garden later this week so hopefully they will be as amazing as the team in Liverpool

The Ropewalks Hotel, Best Western Premier Collection is surrounded by a lively and eclectic mix of independent restaurants and shops and exciting bars, cocktail joints, music and arts venues. Just beyond (in a comfortable walking distance through the Liverpool One shopping area - with flagship department stores and smaller favorites) is the river Mersey where you’ll explore the city’s cultural and heritage sites, the famous ferry, the Albert Dock, MS Arena and the iconic Three Graces. The Ropewalks area is a fascinating central location, given its name from the many roperie streets – long and straight for the craft of rope making. A testament to the 19th century Liverpool heyday of maritime greatness. With 102 listed buildings Ropewalks is a handsome mixture of merchant houses, counting houses, and warehouses where breweries, timber yards, cooperages, potteries, foundries, sugar refining, and roperies flourished.

We stayed for a night and opted for the breakfast. The check-in and stay were hassle free and we enjoyed the room. Bed was comfy, toilet and bathroom just nice. The same cannot be said for the breakfast, which was late in setting up (after 7am). It was only ready around 720am which was late for us as we had a train to catch.

we came back from an event approx midnight. asked for 2 glasses of red wine at the bar. staff member offered us a number of bottles . we picked one, she opened it. then the duty manager turned up and said that this wine wasn’t available by the glass only by the bottle. ( which was £55) we explained that we were offered this option by the bar staff but he still said no. bar staff then had to put the cork back in the bottle. we asked how they could do that when it could only bought by the bottle and no customer would buy a bottle of wine that had already been opened. no change. out of courtesy to the bar staff we agreed to pick another red wine. turns out they only had one glass left of that one and no spares . therefore we ended up with our 3rd choice option. this all took 45mns from order to serve. some of the worst hotel service we have ever had.

Never been to prison but pretty sure this is worse. Zero space, weird smell, plug sockets that didn’t work & not safe as the fronts came off. Sink was full of water, shower leaked and they have better quality loo roll in junior schools. Speaking of that, nothing better than looking at your partner through frosted glass as they use the toilet, even better cause you can here and smell everything!!! If you forget your alarm clock, don’t stress as the other inmates will either keep you up all night or make sure you’re up by smashing their doors shut. I genuinely stayed in a squat in NY years ago and it was better than this. We booked for 2 nights and left after 1 and paid £165 for the night across the road which was a palace! My fault for being tight but I’ve honestly had more enjoyable trips to the dentist than Easy hotel. Even their planes are better Oh yeah and the bed was awful too and slanted!! I’d sleep on the street before I stayed there again!

Excellent location to visit all points of interest. The continental buffet breakfast is good. The negative thing is that they don't make your room for you and that the internet connection is terrible, if you want wifi you have 30 minutes a day for free, otherwise you have to pay 3 pounds a day.

Location couldn't be better. Hotel is basic but serviceable, but I wish they had spent a little more on interiors for the beautiful building and interiors. You are in a world-heritage site but the room furnishings are basic roadside motel quality. It was particularly funny that the room itself was very large - with a basic double bed perched in one corner - there as room for a super king, which would look better and be nicer and only cost a tiny bit more. Bathroom was basic but fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lifts are small and slow, but I suspect that's a limitation of the space available and rules about listed buildings. But you stay here for the location and we were very pleased with that. TIP - don't bother parking at Liverpool ONE which is a hike away. Pay and display parking right at Albert Dock is essentially the same price and way more convenient

Centrally located within walking distance to the town centre, shopping centres, cinema’s, fast food outlets and free hotel parking located in the hotel grounds. The room was large, spacious and very clean. Well appointed with sound proofed windows and good block out curtains. The sleep quality was great as the room was so dark with the curtains shut and the room was so quiet. Super comfortable bed with lovely linens and nice pillows in a climate controlled room - bliss. The air conditioning worked really well, especially during UK’s heat wave. The room was equipped with everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Bathroom was very clean, good water pressure and thumbs up for environmentally bottled toiletries, which were very fragrant & lovely to use. Bathroom was well lit and had a decent hair dryer. Swimming pool & gym facilities were available, however you had to book a time-slot of when you wanted to use these facilities – which wasn’t an issue, you just had to be a little bit organised. Breakfast in the restaurant was fresh & plentiful, waitstaff were very polite and friendly. Bar was small and intimate with excellent bar service and a nice range of beverages to choose from. All the staff were fabulous and very accommodating. Faultless stay and we can’t wait to return.

GGuest UserA lot of the time you will call a receptionist and get the same over used explanation and non answer when you are going to stay at a hotel, You have a list of questions and want your stay to be the best it can be. This treatment often gives you an opinion that can colours your stay. But rest assured, if you talk to Sally at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool, that will not be the case. I was extremely impressed when I called on Tuesday 04.10.22. I asked Sally a series of questions that helped me feel good about my stay and even though she said she was new , she found answers to all my questions. Helpful, through and efficient. Thank you Titanic Hotel Liverpool, you have a real asset in that staff member . Thank you Sally , I really look forward to my stay now.

GGiani DeClean hotel and accessible to centre. If you’re going to book for Rooftop make sure it’s suite room as the double room wasn’t that nice view in the balcony. Friendly staff in the breakfast area and to the receptionist who assist us 10th July 2024 (Wednesday) at 15:00 he’s approachable and accommodating I forgot his name he has tattoo. But a bit disappointed. Only continental breakfast you can have it if you’re in a hurry. But for hot breakfast you need to order in the menu and that’s the time they prepare it and serve for you I suggest it’s better everything is ready and hotel guest will just get it by themselves. Second one the receptionist who’s on shift at 11th July 2024 at 12:30 in the afternoon wasn’t that nice. it’s 2 ladies receptionist I pass the key on her and she just said thank you. The other lady just look at us without saying Hello. Front-desk receptionist should be accommodating. not even bother to ask us how’s our stay which should be standard to all Hotel service staff. Receptionist are the front one who promote your Business it’s just my opinion Halyard so I think it’s better to inform them.

All bathroom fittings low level to accommodate wheelchair users which were difficult to use if not in wheelchair also the water tap for showere was very stiff and virtually impossible to turn, off when wet. GGuest UserOn arrival, the place is clean, well-staffed and welcoming. The standard of cleanliness in the rooms and hotel in general is very good. Rooms are large, comfortable and it's well-positioned in the centre of Liverpool so all is good....until.... Did I mention it's well-positioned in the centre of Liverpool? Well you're not the only one who knows that so it's a magnet for stag-parties, hen-dos and general rowdy people. The corridors are alive ALL through the night with boisterous young people determined to keep their parties going no matter the time or location. That's not just other rooms on your floor by the way. You'll get this from rooms above and below you as well. I went out on the corridor to ask politely if the noise could be lowered only to find the rooms on either side and across the hall were all closed and silent and there was no-one to be seen meaning the racket(s) going on - several simultaneously - were from further afield it was that loud. About 4-30 am, the noise went down significantly only to crank to crank up again at 6.30 by two girls yelling so they could be heard from all that distance away whether the people they were addressing their question to were going out or coming home. Two lads boasted VERY LOUDLY that this was in fact, the end of their night. Complaints to the staff about this had them apologising and assuring us that they'd sent up security several times to quiten the noise but it was coming from so many places and always moving from one room to another with slamming doors and banging feet up and down corridors while screaming loudly as they went. This meant there wasn't one single outbreak of boisterousness to be able to deal with. We were also assured we'd receive a discount to somehow compensate us for our discomfort but - of course- no discount was ever sent!

GGuest UserGreat centrally located city hotel. Clean, modern and friendly /helpful staff. I received a lovely welcome message from the General Manager and Operations Manager as were were part of the Wedding Group. There was a nice touch as we received a mini bottle of Liverpool Gin to drink or to have as a takeaway souvenir. Breakfast was ok except the coffee machine broke down. Luckily we could get a coffee from the bar. Some feedback - it would be good if the hotel could invest in a proper Italian barista coffee machine as some of the guests do not like Nescafé type coffee! A proper coffee with coffee beans and made at the time is much appreciated !

The staff are very enthusiastic and feel that Liverpool's service industry is just so good. Outside restaurants, sightseeing buses, museums and other staff are particularly enthusiastic. This hotel pays for breakfast by yourself. Guests staying in the hotel will get a 20% discount, 8 pounds. It is the first time for a child to eat English breakfast, which is very novel and leaves a good impression. The room in this hotel is very big. I have four people with one bed per person. The room is very big, except for the bed.

GGuest UserCity Studios, Rodney Street, is an excellent location in Liverpool - easily accessible for cultural and city attractions. The system for gaining access to the property worked well, in that the access codes came in good time and were fairly easy to use. The studio was lovely and warm, comfortable and clean, with good kitchen facilities. The only thing wrong was that the shower didn't work, although there was plenty of hot water. As we were only staying one night, we didn't ask for help with this, as we only found out quite late in the evening. If we'd been staying longer, we would have contacted the help number, and I'm sure something would have been done about it. We would use this venue again.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a little break for me & my husband (we are both middle aged). I picked it for location & price. They were both spot on, but I didn't check that it was right in the heart of club land, so we didn't get any sleep from the noise from bars, clubs & party goers. So great for the money, if you want to be out there partying, but not so good when you're older. Upon check out, I mentioned the noise to the receptionist, who told me that I should have requested a quieter room, which I would have done, had I have know that they had them! So upon reflection a) the hotel needs to point out that there are quiet rooms available & b) I'll definately be doing a thorough research on any future city break hotels.

VVadim ZahharovPlace was exactly as advertised. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth staying if your trip is short. As for downsides, hostel has limited number of bathrooms and showers - this can cause issues if you have to leave quickly. The ventilation in rooms is basically non-existent, and rooms house up to 10 people, so I’ll leave the air quality to your imagination. Sound isolation is not great, so if somebody has a good time in the kitchen you’ll going to hear that. Bring earplugs if you are light sleeper. Cleanliness is subjective, I’m not that picky, but having crumbs in my bed was disconcerting. Some sinks have filters with hair in them. Haven’t seen anything that would be actually harmful like mold or hygiene products, so that is good. Location is good. Liverpool is not that big and you’ll get to city centre in under an hour even with most leisurely pace. Do visit the cathedral on your way there. I haven’t seen any shops in immediate vicinity though, but I didn’t need them, so maybe you find some if you look. Bus stop for airport is fairly close, so that is a plus as well. Overall, this is a hostel. You can sleep there, store your stuff and maybe have a chat with interesting people. Price is fair for experience.
