Questo albergo ha un’assistenza di una maleducazione mai vista!non lo consiglio assolutamente!!!impossibilitata ad arrivare per il nostro soggiorno ho avuto un’esperienza negativa con una maleducata signora che mi ha pure chiuso il telefono in faccia complimenti!

We were given a room with a shared bathroom although booking said private. Good location walking into town. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms VERY small.

Auf unsere Motorrad Tour durch die Schweiz habe ich für mich und meinen Freund zwei einzelne Zimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer waren klein aber ausreichend. Begeistert waren wir morgens von dem umfangreichen leckeren Frühstück.

Abbiamo pernottato una settimana tramite Booking presso quest’hotel. Aime’ pessima esperienza se potevo davo mezza stella. Personale scorbutico ed è un complimento, ora arriva il tasto dolente, camera che non corrisponde alle foto che vi fanno vedere su Booking, materasso super ma super datato ovvero secondo come ti giri sentivi le molle. La responsabile ci ha assegnato la stanza vs monte dove Booking diceva che c’era la Wi-Fi ma purtroppo non prendeva, io educatamente ho chiesto e lei insisteva che c’era….ma purtroppo non era così!!!!! Veniamo al dunque riscaldamento acceso al mattino quando i cristiani escono, ma alla notte spento cosa logica con fuori 1 gradi!!!! Pulizia posso dare 1 stalla alla camera ma fuori nei piani moquette sporca macchiata, veramente un biglietto d’ingresso orribile….. l’unica persona educata il ragazzo di colore che tutte le volte che si usciva ed entravamo alla sera aveva ilsorriso per ogni cosa.. altra cosa ho assistito da parte della presunta responsabile a un rimprovero che poteva evitare in nostra presenza!!?!!! Nota positiva la colazione abbondante e varia !! Per il resto da dimenticare !! Non lo consiglierei nemmeno al mio peggior nemico. E per chiudere in bellezza questa mattina abbiamo fatto il check out e non era presente la responsabile ( presunta)

Io e mia moglie abbiamo pernottato presso il vostro hotel per una settimana e l'unica nota positiva la diamo alla colazione, in quanto era molto abbondante, partendo dalle confetture, arrivando ai salumi ecc... per il resto tutto da dimenticare. Wi-fi presente nel corridoio ma non funzionante in camera, bagno e doccia molto piccolo/a con difficoltà nel girarti, letto scomodo, latte scaduto, scortesia e poca educazione da parte della presunta titolare, con modalità poco affini specialmente nei confronti di una ragazza e di un ragazzo che lavorano in hotel. Altra nota negativa i riscaldamenti accesi al minimo e per poco tempo, ricordo che a Livigno alla sera fa abbastanza freddo e di coperte neppure l'ombra. Per finire questa mattina facendo il check-out la presunta responsabile non era presente alla reception. Noi sconsigliamo vivamente questo hotel.

Da un albergo a 2 stelle non puoi aspettarti molto ma ... Le stanze erano in mansarda con tetto basso tanto che in alcuni punti era difficoltoso muoversi, in bagno (con vasca) non puoi farti la doccia perché non ci stai in altezza. Struttura e arredamento datato, la chiave della porta e di quelle tipo pensione anni '70 (da porta interna). Però la colazione internazionale riscatta le pecche della camera. Ad ogni modo non ritornerei e non lo consiglio.
