Seeing that I was staying with two elderly people, in order to make the elderly stay comfortable, he helped us apply for an upgrade to a suite. During this period, my family got caught in the rain when we were soaking in the hot springs, and came back with a cold and stomachache. **The medicine could not be delivered on the same day. Butler Chen also helped ask for medicine everywhere, and also sent brown sugar ginger tea and hot water bags. He kept thinking about it in his heart at night, and often told me "If you have any questions, you can contact me at any time, I will do my best to help you." Before leaving, he also prepared gifts and water for us to drink on the road. Butler Chen's enthusiastic, thoughtful, caring and warm service made me deeply feel what a full sense of security is! ! Only sincerity, no routine! Butler Chen really puts himself in the shoes of customers and takes every detail into consideration. It is very tiring to take the elderly on a self-driving tour alone, but with the help of a good hotel and a good butler, it really won’t be so tiring.
