酒店給升級到安雲悦南山酒店，小姐姐提前聯繫發來定位，房間很大有網紅大浴缸，環境不錯服務很好。還可以在前台拿一張團隊優惠券，購門票加纜車可以八折哦。

雖然酒店設施有點老了 但還算乾淨 服務人員還算熱情 當天去泡温泉也沒別人相當於包場了 感覺還可以 朋友第一次體驗 很新奇 早餐沒想到是定食還挺豐富 離南山竹海景區很近

感覺非常好，服務很熱情，四樓平台有獨立的小院子，可惜下雨了，要不然在外面吃個燒烤一定很贊。周邊風景也很好，就住在景區裏，出行方便，停車免費，臨走還送了當地特產黑米哦！

酒店就在南山竹海景區大門口，停車場非常大，所以出行很方便，步行就可以去景區，性價比還算比較高的，節假日的價格可能普遍比較高吧，不過酒店晚餐送了一個雞湯小火鍋套餐，雖然比較簡單，但是也算是配套的服務吧，方便了住宿的遊客，早餐非常的豐盛，用餐很方便，總之很滿意

衞生環境差，床單，枕套上有污漬並且破損。服務員及保潔人員態度極差，換枕套的時候還罵罵咧咧，説本來就這樣，極度不推薦。
