Toccata e fuga, solo per una notte per impegni a Napoli. Tutto molto buono, struttura in ammodernamento e pulita, personale molto educato e cortese. Qualche nota sulla colazione solo dolce e con tanti prodotti preconfezionati. Chiesto se possibile un cappuccino al Bar, mi hanno detto che dovevo utilizzare le macchinette, senza ulteriori spiegazioni. Poi ho visto che hanno portato dei cappuccino ad altri ospiti accanto a Noi. Comportamento alquanto incomprensibile. Per il resto più che sufficiente. Ristorante non provato. Grande parcheggio disponibile.

il Ristorante dell'albergo è diventato davvero pessimo, abbiamo spesso in passato cenato da loro sempre sul tardi, per tardi intendi massimo le 22:00, fino d oggi non abbiamo mai avuto problemi, oggi ho "provato a prenotare", mi è stato risposto che per le 22 era tardi e che oltretutto non ero neanche ospite dell'albergo, quindi la mia richiesta, a dire di chi ha risposto al telefono era anche fuori luogo come richiesta. Quando ho fatto presente che abbiamo sempre cenato a quell'ora, mi è stato risposto che " le cose cambiano", e che in via eccezionale questa sera mi avrebbe fatto cenare perchè avevano un compleanno, ho educatamente cancellato la prenotazione, di una scortesia e di una maleducazione INAUDITA, ci sono modi e modi di porsi con i cliente, pessimo davvero

Struttura molto pulita e accogliente, lo staff gentile e sempre disponibile a soddisfare qualunque esigenza dei clienti. Camerieri, personale addetto alla reception e al bar molto educati e gentili, si respira aria familiare.Ottima la cena al ristorante, colazione abbondante, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Hotel per fumatori non esiste una stanza che non puzza di fumo, ma io che non fumo mi ha dato molto fastidio. Ho provato a farmi cambiare la stanza ma è cambiato di poco.. C'è anche un posacenere nella stanza è ideale per chi fuma. Da migliorare anche la pulizia

Non lo consiglierei affatto, ci sn stata ieri con le mia famiglia per mangiare una pizza li beh credetemi personale antipatico, senza voglia, al quanto bugiardo visto che a telefono ci avevano detto una cosa e da vicino poi ancora in altra mah… E poi vi prego un ristorante che si rifiuta di riscaldare un po’ di pastina per una neonata? Dicendo queste cose non le facciamo ma comm siete creati? Comunque il proprietario dovrebbe fare una controllata, dovrebbe cambiare camerieri altrimenti gli conviene chiudere!!!
