We had a great time in this hotel in Lodz, we have never been to Poland before didn't know what to expect, but only 15 minutes from the airport in the center of the city is The Ambassador Hotel Premium which is the newer of the 2 Hotels (the other one is the Centrum) which are attached to each other and share some facilities. The staff from the start couldn't do enough for us. We arrived very early at 10.30am but the room was not supposed to be available till 15.00, they gave us our room straight away unfortunately we just missed breakfast. All the reception, restaurant, maids, all had a nice smile and a hello for you. We only had breakfast at the hotel but there was plenty of choice with the hot, cold food and fruit, coffee/tea. The hotel also has a bowling alley in the bar great fun.

The room and staff were excellent. I only have given 3 stars for what’s around the area as I didn’t have enough time to look. When I did I couldn’t find what I was looking for.

On our second night the neigboring room woke us up at 1:30 a.m. i had to call the front desk three times before it finally stopped. That was over the span of an hour. The staff was very confusing about parking. I will say the rooms are excellent and everything was very clean.
