The villa was clean, comfortable, and the a/c worked well. Located on a beautiful beach where turtles swim by in the mornings. Food was excellent, will definitely come back.

The hotel is the best place to watch the sunset, very good! The service of the brother is great. We didn't have a conversion plug, and the brother handled it in time. Help call a horse carriage when leaving the hotel

The scenery is great, the beach in front of the hotel is small, you can see turtles, the room is unique, there are bicycles and kayaks available! The breakfast is great and the dinner is good too!

Gili Meno was our highlight of the trip, and part of that reason was the Mahamaya. We stayed in the beach villa for 4 nights in May 2025 and did not want to leave. The villa itself was so clean and had private day beds and a cobana which was perfect for watching the sun set. There were also pols which we did not use and loungers along the beach front. The staff were all amazing and the service felt so personal it was a real treat. They were all so lovely. Good options for breakfast which was Included as well as free bikes available (no other transport on the island other than horse) and snorkel equipment. The snorkel equipment you will need as there was constantly huge turtles right off the beach which you can spot coming up for air. It was beautiful just watching them plod along the way every day. The staff also organised a private boat trip for us which was also amazing. The beach is truly amazing. To have that on our doorstep everyday was a dream. They serve lunch and dinner which we did have a few times as well as a great selection of drinks. The island pretty much shuts down around 10pm so there was nothing better than sitting in the cobana listening to the waves in total serenity. We didn't want to leave and if it wasn't for our speed boat tickets being pre booked we would've just stayed here for the rest of our time in bali. If we return to Gili Meno one day, I would not stay anywhere else but here.

Fantastic! Perfect location for snorkelling, we saw lots of turtles and fish, without needing to take a boat trip. Really lovely and helpful staff team, big rooms and great service - nothing is too much trouble. Great restaurant, catered for dairy and gluten free allergies very well.

Fabulous stay, amazing staff so friendly and helpful. Arrived by speedboat straight onto hotel beach. We had Cookie Villa with own beach area if needed, clean with outside shower which has a mix of salt and fresh water based on what’s available and stunning view from bed! Lovely restaurant on the beach., no cars, no roads just sand and sea and turtles to swim with so peaceful.

Five nights in this magical beautiful resort... We'd love to stay much longer because it's the best place we've ever visited. Nice, clean room, Swimmingpool, restaurant with good food, very good service and nice employees. Beach in front where you can go in and snorkeling, seeing lots of turtles. For us, this was a real paradise. Loved it sooo much.

The check in experience , effortless and quick , super friendly. We stayed for 7 days in a pool view suite, we noticed first day there was no TV in the room but to be honest we did not miss it one bit. The location, beautiful and the sunsets over Gilli T, with a cold Bintang or a cocktail or two …brilliant. We snorkeled every day from directly in front of the resort, which was an awesome experience turtles right off the beach. The food, breakfast included was brilliant , pretty much whatever you wanted. We had dinner most nights and did not disappoint ..the Kare Ayam,my favourite. Shout out to Dani, Wadi, Lia and all the staff, truly amazing team. Absolutely cannot wait to come back. Sue & Dave

This cozy boutique hotel by the beach is very beautiful, friendly and the food was amazing - plus you dine right at the waterfront with magical sunset. As an extra plus "Divine Divers" was right next door. So our teens and us went diving every day. Our son took the open water dive certificate. We all saw big turtles every day and lots of beautiful fish. Bring shoes if you wanna snorkle from the hotel since the corals starts right at the front and 10 meter out the underwater life is stunning. The island is quiet but the only minus is the Ecco from Island Gili T (the island next to Gili Meno) which is a party island. But it's only for a couple of hours when the wind has a special direction. There are no cars on the island only horse-taxies so you really get down in tempo and you have no other option than relax!

I can confidently say that this hotel is the best on the island, even above the "luxury" Bask investment villas close by. This is because while staying at Mahamaya, we didn't see a single mosquito the whole time despite dining outdoors, whether morning, noon, and night. Within 5 minutes of sitting down to dinner at Bask, my dining companion (who has the genetic mosquito pheromones that attract them) was bitten four times. The rooms are clean and stylish, and the service is excellent. We were given iced tea welcome drinks upon arrival, check-in was a breeze, they showed us the interest points of the island, and they showed us everything in the room. The hotel has an eco-friendly approach with the rooms designed for airflow and they don't use plastic bottles water, instead there is a cold water dispenser in each room. There are two pools and the rooms open up to the pools. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the room, through the restaurant and bam, right there. Unlike going to the beach in America (pack everything up, fight for parking, trudge over hot sand to find a spot on the crowded beach, feel uncomfortable with sand all over you in the car ride back), Mahamaya had the beach right there and your room is a 1 minute walk to shower after swimming. They have snorkeling gear you can use for free (there is a lot of coral under the water though, so you need to be a strong swimmer to swim out to be deep enough to snorkel). Mahamaya faces west and is a very beautiful sunset spot. There's also a restaurant a few doors down that has a fire show and live music at sunset. The dining is open air, and you can dine for lunch under the covered area to escape the hot sun and then take dinner at the tables on the beach at night with your toes in the sand. On traveling with Celiac (I am not that sensitive to cross-contamination): I think Mahamaya and Bubbles Bar & Restaurant are the only two that label their dishes if they are gluten free. However, you need to use your celiac card (the one from EasyEats will do) to explain that you cannot eat gluten-containg products. The Vietnamese rice rolls came with a soy sauce dipping sauce so I asked them to change to fish sauce. The Nasi Goreng has an Indonesian sweet soy sauce and I didn't know which brand, so I wasn't sure if it was gluten free. Ask for no Chinese soy sauce and no Indonesian soy sauce (you must specify that you don't want either). I'll save you the trouble of asking about the burgers - the paddies are prepared in advance the Aussie way, aka with breadcrumbs. Instead, get the steak which was filet mignon at an unbeatable price and was one of the best steaks I've ever had in my life. Top 5. It was low season so the staff remembered me and my orders from day to day and could guess what I wanted to order. 😂 All the staff were very kind and helpful. I think the hotel was built about 15 years ago but you can tell that they continually refresh the rooms and update them with new fixtures, etc. as we

Wow.....just wow. This is an amazing place. It's just the most beautiful setting. Staff were so friendly and happy and very helpful. They just wanted to make our stay a happy one, and they did. The food was amazing. Plenty choice and trust me, every dish was so very tasty. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious. There was so much to choose from, and nothing was too much trouble. It's a Coral island, so I always wore my beach feet as I have tender feet. The boat trip to the statues was fantastic. Be mindful that the current is very strong, so just remember that. We swam with turtles and watched them from the sun loungers during the day. It's just a little bit or paradise. My only downside was the amount of rubbish lying around. Maybe have a clean up every week...?

Stumbled across the place on my last day sadly. Had lunch here with my daughter and returned on my own for dinner. 11/10 for the lovely staff and service- cannot fault them at all. As for the food… delicious. Both lunch and dinner fresh, very tasty. It’s also a hotel right on the beautiful meno beach. Clean everywhere. As a solo, some restaurants try to push me into the corner areas, not here, they asked where I wanted to sit, which is a biggy for me- saves me having to get assertive for my rights, Next time, I’ll stay in the hotel too. Well done Angela-Sheffield UK
