To avoid, the cancellation procedures are a scam, and when through the customer service of the application you try to contact them to confirm the cancellation because of the poor service, they refuse to answer to avoid reimburse the customer, do not recommend this hotel, not professionally.

Ce fut une belle découverte que CIKA hotel, ex-IOKA. Un des meilleurs hôtels dans le centre de Lomé assurément. Réception au top lors des échanges whatsapp pour la réservation puis à notre arrivée. Nous avons été accompagnés dans notre chambre. La suite était vraiment très spacieuse, très bien équipée, vraiment (plaques induction, four, four micro-ondes, congélateur, frigo, machine à laver ... La vue de notre chambre depuis ces façades entièrement vitrées est vraiment wahou ... Au 10ème étage, la piscine d'eau douce sur une terrasse offrant une vue splendide sur la ville ... Enfin, partout dans les parties communes et dans notre suite également, se trouvent de très belles œuvres d'art dont certaines de plasticiens et artistes connus ... Pour les petits moins : - Un fer à repasser et un sèche-cheveux auraient également été bienvenus - Le petit-déjeuner était certes inclus mais, en arrivant à 9h30 soit 30 mn avant la fermeture, il n'y avait plus rien ... Très décevant (bon, il faut dire que l'hôtel était plein à cause du tournoi UFAO U20) - Des difficultés pour lancer le ou les groupes lors des délestages A refaire, sans hésiter !

Staff warm. Property clean. Security here could be an issue as they are two entrances to the hotel. During my stay only one light was working. Thus waiting time too long at times. The rooms too have no balconies. That notwithstanding, my 1 week stay here was good.
