The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. It's very close to Ealing Common station, and Ealing Broadway is only about a fifteen-minute journey away, making the transportation very convenient.

Excellent location in Ealing ~10 minute walk from the main Ealing Broadway Can't fault the customer service, they handed us warmed cookies as a welcome. Hotel room has nespresso machine & pods, twinings tea bag selection & kettle. Smart TV able to cast from phone (android). Great shower pressure & temperature control. Comfy bed. Only issue would be the room AC, not sure it worked properly, temperature increased from 19 to 21 degrees overnight in the room, even though it was set at 18 degrees. It may well be the inferior 'fan coil unit' which doesn't seem to work as well. If you stay over the weekend, there is free side-street parking next to the hotel

The hotel's promotional images were so impressive, but the surrounding rooms looked like regular residential houses. We booked based on the pictures on the website, only to find out after checking in that this hotel was a total rip-off. The bed and bathroom weren't even on the same floor! They had added a loft with a very narrow staircase that you couldn't even see when carrying luggage, making it super easy to trip and fall. There was no air conditioning in the room, just a 'window' on the ceiling slightly larger than an A4 piece of paper. And they charged over 2000 for a room like this! It was absolutely impossible to stay there.

Best hotel staff I have ever met. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are super clean too. However, the rooms are… OLD. The bathroom is cold and has a hospital feel. The water took 3 minutes (literally) to get hot and fails to maintain one temperature. Every room is paper thin. I can hear noises (noises that couples make) down the corridors. My room was also situated extremely far from the lifts so it was a maze to get out every time. Unfortunately, this is what I would expect from a budget hotels not a “by Hilton” level. Truly disappointed.

We stayed around for about half an hour. The horrendous Manager Hawa, was so rude and disrespectful that we left. She is a bully and I would urge anyone to stay away from this toxic environment

The location is a bit far from Ealing Broadway and town centre and the facilities in guest room or public area is not properly maintained. The hotel provided me a disabled-facility guest room to a normal traveller and not informing me in advance. And the disabled-facility room is at the farmost end at the floor passing through a few fire-rates closed door in order to access the room. It is not a friendly-design to disabled and also not a good service to a normal traveller.

Staff of the hotel were warm and friendly. Location is a very short walk to Ealing Common tube station. My issue with the hotel is the location of the accessble rooms, they are at the end of a not very wide corridor and furthest from the lift

Good hotel and well located for tube stations, parks and Ealing town centre. Excellent choice of breakfast. Hotel has a car park which is something I look for.

Hospitalilty was noticably positive here. Warm greetings by the staff including a free cookie each. Clear explanations of the deposit, room location and number. Room is small but more spacious than other London hotels we've stayed at before, there's just enough space to fully open one large suitcase. Overall tidy and clean. Air conditioning works well. The desk is suitable for working at. Nice view out of the window. Selection of tea and coffee provided with a coffee machine and separate kettle. The bathroom was fine, shower is a good size and works well. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of drinks and food option, all good quality. Staff were professional, warm and friendly.

Ealing is a very quiet residential area in London. The hotel facilities have been updated and well-maintained. The bathroom is a bit small, but the desk is quite large. Breakfast quality is average, with typical English breakfast items and Western pastries, fruit, and oats. The staff are very friendly, but breakfast on weekend mornings can be quite busy, and they might be a bit overwhelmed.

When I went to London, I made a mistake. I didn't care about the location, but the price was very good. The hotel was okay, but I didn't like the location.

I have personal reasons to stay in Ealing regularly and this is my go to hotel. Nice rooms (relative to pricing), nice and lively bar , friendly staff , super close to ealing common station and some nice local amenities such as parks , shopping etc. Also convenient for Heathrow airport via rail or car. If you are visiting but unfamiliar with the hotel location, please check the location of this hotel before booking to make sure it is in line with your plans.

All in all good value! 5 min walk from the tube and excellent coffee at the bar (also cheap)!
