Very good location and transportation. We can easily walk at night time without any dangerous.

Location is very great, close too the station.

Everything is great, the location is super - near Baker Street and Marylebone station. We stayed for one night (transfer). It is very valuable that there is an opportunity to leave luggage, many thanks for that!

It's all good! It's just that the breakfast is very British and not delicious.

Really helpful. Joyce on the front desk was amazing. Had a great stay. Room was lovely. Shower was lovely and warm. Perfect for my business trip. In addition, when I needed support in finding the venue for my event - Joyce at the front desk was brilliant once again. Really recommend this hotel, which is nice and close to the transport links too.

Room was pristine. Service from Maz and Joyce was exceptional and very welcoming. Great banter! Just what I needed after a long trip. I did have a room right next to the main road but honestly I didn’t hear much from the traffic and I had a great nights sleep 👌🏻

Decent location. Accessible to almost if not many shops and transportation around London. Great budget hotel.

The bathroom was so small. Dirty shower curtain. Toilet seat not fixed. The noise was so bad it was truly a terrible experience. Reception the next day not interested. I had paid for an upgrade room

We had a wonderful time, central location to see all of the sites, perfect. Joyce on reception was amazing, so helpful and made us so welcome. Our Room was ideal and comfy. A birthday treat I will never forget. Will be back x thankyou xxxxxxxxx

Very comfortable single room, facilities perfect for the night. Sabrin and the manager with her (forgive me I've forgotten your name..) were incredibly friendly when checking out, and made sure to check how my night was, ask if there was anything else I needed etc. Would come again

Room was small but very clean and perfect for my week. Excellent location too. Everyone on the front desk was polite and helpful, particularly Joyce who was really helpful and cheerful. The hotel itself was clean and quiet even with its central London location. Would definitely stay here again.

Very poor reception staff need training how to treat customers they forget we pay their wages there is no need to be so dictating

Best service in this hotel, Joyce was amazing at her job made us feel so welcome and we had a great stay, the beds are super comfortable too and such a convenient place with the tube down the road
