The worst business hotel experience ever!!
No mini fridge, dirty room, dirty towels, no toothbrush and toothpaste, need to get the hair dryer by yourself at the reception desk, only 30 minutes of free Wi-Fi every 24 hours… etc
In the bathroom, the shower curtain is too short, and the shower area is too shallow, so the water is everywhere every time you take shower, absolutely unpleasant.
Definitely not recommended and won’t stay in this hotel in the future.

Dinesh at reception was very helpful, we had some special requests that he was about to sort out quickly and easily, and with a smile. The room is comfortable, spacious and clean, and the location is excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay for several days. Especially breakfast was a highlight, with the lovely Jaz going the extra mile to keep our little one entertained, while he was exploring the breakfast room. Would visit again without second thoughts! Also conveniently located.

Posto meraviglioso, molto accogliente e familiare. Angolo bar molto piacevole soprattutto per Jaz , una ragazza veramente carina ed ospitale, reception molto valida soprattutto per Himasha ,una ragazza molto professionale e gentile e poi Bhanu un ragazzo molto cordiale. Tutti e tre sono stati veramente gradevoli.

Mid hotel, minimal breakfast Nice if you’re out all day and only at the hotel to sleep. The lack of power-outlets was irritating Nice that it was air conditioning in the room since you couldn’t open the window The guy in the front desk Dynesh was a great guy and helped us alot throughout the stay!! If i could give him 5 stars

The staff was excellent especially Dinesh who made my day by providing me with charger for the night when I was not carrying one.Dinesh also helped the person in the wheelchair to the best he could have done. Overall, the stay was extremely pleasent.

Hotel bello, posizione top. Metro vicina. Pulito. Mi sono piaciuti molto Jaz, Himasha e Bhanu. Sono state delle persone molto professionali e gentili con tutta la mia famiglia, veramente molto preparati sempre a nostra disposizione per soddisfare le nostre richieste.
