The room was very clean and the environment was elegant! The front desk service was very good. When we checked in, the room we booked was not cleaned yet, so the staff arranged for us to have a drink at the bar and wait for a while! They took the initiative to help with the luggage. I will continue to stay at Hilton next time I come to London!
