Excellent experience, the front desk was very warm and polite, after checking in, they took us to the room, gave us a detailed introduction to the various facilities in the room, and gave the children small gifts. The view area of the room is also great, with a direct view of the Tower Bridge of London, so beautiful!

Twin room, only one big bed was given to us, and then they added two single beds for us, which cost 350 pounds extra, which was too expensive, other hotels only charge 100 pounds extra. No welcome fruit, the service was average, expensive, and there were no restaurants nearby
