當地時間3月1日晚上五點半，辦理入住，前台afshan小姐給我安排的2人標準間是15平米客房，而我在攜程上付單的是21平方米客房。我在預訂房間時就刻意選擇的是21平米客房，因為我在2月24-26日住在該酒店就是21平米，所以一下子就感覺到房間大小不對，找到前台，答覆我是沒有房間了，讓我等了將近一個小時，説衹能這樣。讓我找到大堂duty manager，也是前後等了將近一個小時，答覆説他不管房間大小，也不願意去核實，他説願住就住，不願意住就退房，從攜程平台退房，他來批准。大晚上的我哪裡去找酒店？沒辦法我衹好找攜程，欣慰的是攜程管家非常給力，要我拍了客房照片，當即表示去跟酒店協調爭取，經過不到2個小時時間，搞定，當天晚上補償，第二天換21平米客房，而且第二天也一直在跟蹤進展情況，直到順利換房入住。我非常感動，謝謝攜程！也感受到了國家的強大，能有這樣世界級的公司！

I read some reviews saying the hotel is a bit old, but the room we were assigned felt very new and quite large, and the toilet looked newly renovated. There is a large supermarket across the street from the hotel, 5 minutes away, which is very convenient.

The hotel is in a good and convenient location. The room is very nice, but it is a bit hard to find as there are many rooms in the hotel. The overall service is good. PS The service staff will knock on your door in the morning to ask if you want room service. If you don’t need room service, please remember to turn on the “Do Not Disturb” function.
