First time in the Marriot actually, what surprised me how economical the bathroom is and helps saving what we have left. The staff is extra helpful and kind.

The hotel is in a good location, with three subways intersecting. There are many choices for food and drink in Canary Wharf, including large and small supermarkets. The room area is also very large. The two-bedroom suite we booked should be converted from three rooms, so some of the designs are not suitable. Very reasonable, but the victory is big enough. The overall sanitary condition is average, the furniture is old, the fabrics and carpets are all mottled, the room is not equipped with a washing machine, and the apartment does not provide a laundry room. This is a long-term stay. causing some inconvenience to the guests. And the room does not have any active cleaning service. I thought that even if the apartment cannot be cleaned every day, it can be cleaned at least once every three days. This hotel does not have it. very good! The room just wasn't cleaned, probably because I only stayed 2 days. But the overall facilities are great. The family suite was originally two double-bed rooms, but after communication with Ctrip, one of them was changed to a twin-bed room, which is very considerate.

The apartment is an absolute delight to stay at, with the scenic views and lounge sofas, as well as the space and dining area, everything was great! They left us a sweet surprise, which meant a lot, unfortunate it was prosecco as we don’t drink alcohol! Either way, they were at my door whenever we requested something via the app as well as speedy IRD service, the food will be another reason I will be back. Great hotel, in a nice central location in Canary Wharf. Nice room size (exec suite) and big bed! Sometimes hotel rooms are tiny but this was plenty of space for the two of us. Standard check out time is midday which is later than most hotels and a huge plus! Lovely service at the Gin and Tea bar within the hotel too. Would stay again.

We booked a family room in the hotel but got moved to these apartments, which was a fabulous surprise and very happily received. Beds were amazingly comfortable, bathrooms clean and well equipped and it was silent, we couldn't hear a thing outside and slept really well. Staff were all lovely and helpful, when they asked why we were visiting and I explained it was my daughters birthday and we were going to see Abba they delivered some cupcakes to the room which was a kind gesture. Breakfast was fantastic it was a brilliant experience. Perfect location for Abba as you can jump on the DLR which is about a 30 second walk away, go direct to Pudding Mill Lane in around 8 minutes. Would absolutely recommend this place

Absolutely dreadful. The Executive apartments are in desperate need of renovation and refurbishment. For those of us who live in clean, remodeled, homes, it is a disappointment. There was mold all over the bathroom, the crevices of the apartment were caked with dirt, the refrigerator stunk and was haphazardly schlepped into the corner area, it was just so awful. To have spent so much money and stay somewhere for 8 days being absolutely grossed out, was just a terrible experience. Also like to add that on night 1, when I explained the conditions to the Manager Mel; he replied “well it is what it is”. Another manager Hassan helped us towards the end of the stay but at that point we were already leaving. This hotel looks lovely on the outside and has a great Location but you couldn’t pay me to stay there again.

Lovely hotel in perfect location. Just a shame about the staff as it was almost like they were reading a script no personal interaction with us just bland atmosphere and dynamic. The hotel was clean and food was average but honestly staff need to be more upbeat

The first thing is the location. Even though it’s a bit far from the Heathrow airport, approx 45 minutes away but the area,I.e.Canary Wharf is ideal for both- business executive as well as family fun & convenience. The Marriott property is perfectly managed by the staff and amenities are well maintained. However vegetation food options is very limited and a concern if you do not not want to use the well arranged kitchen. Otherwise a great stay

Amazing customer service and the breakfast buffet was delicious wide array of food even a chef made omelette section all for a reasonable price staff there were very hospitable and will come here again. This is right next to Canary Wharf station and shopping mall so perfect area

After travelling for 16 hours came to the room with no water beyond that from the tap and no milk so couldn’t even make a drink. No room service available either. It’s a good space but the bathroom light isn’t situated well being behind the bathroom door. However it is very dated furnishing and felt like I was in a 1990s living room. Not what I expected for. 5 star hotel for business. I have stayed in the adjoining Marriott hotel c50 nights this year and the change isn’t better. Also no access to the lounge as a titanium member and further only receive one night credit for 3 nights stay . Not worth it and won’t stay again.
