This hotel exceeded our expectations. Really good location, 1 minute walk from the underground. As soon as we arrived the customer service from reception was really friendly and welcoming. We were served by Jude. We got told we were upgraded free to a suite with complimentary champagne as it was my partner's birthday! The room was amazing! The decor was lovely and luxurious. Really clean! We loved having a bath and watching tele in it! Lovely having robes and slippers to use whilst staying. We went up to the roof terrace bar/restaurant overlooking london which was amazing. Really relaxed, chilled environment. We went just for drinks and had some lovely cocktails. Staff were really attentive and friendly. Others around us had food which looked really good, we were jealous! I would definitely stay again at this hotel as one night was not enough!

Very satisfied with a hotel, worthy of this price. When I made a mistake at the time of booking, I saw that the room information showed that the facilities for the disabled were provided, and I didn’t think about it. I found that it was a special room for the disabled. It was really embarrassing. . . Before the check-in, the hotel contacted me via Ctrip and asked me about my check-in time. My answer may arrive at noon, which will be far earlier than the hotel's check-in time. The reply will be arranged according to the situation on the day. On the day of the check-in, we arrived at the hotel around 11:00 and they were all ready. Thank you very much! The hotel was originally remodeled by the bank and opened only last year, new and atmospheric. There are seven or eight restaurants in the hotel lobby, and the taste is comprehensive. Geographically, it is located in the downtown area, walking close to the hotels around the Thames, and next to the subway station. The decor of the room is completely classic British style, the details are carefully polished, very special and very like. There are no less than 20 kinds of bath products, which is extremely luxurious. I saw a comment on the book saying that the sound of the music downstairs was noisy, but the actual experience was completely unrecognizable. The sound insulation of the window was well done. The sound of the door next door was noisy. This may be the only fly in the ointment.

Beautiful and clean hotel with wonderfully attentive staff. We booked this hotel at the last minute (arrived less than an hour after booking because our previous hotel was not what we would expect it to be,) and we were immediately relieved upon entering the Westin. It smells like a spa, the staff welcomed our tired family with juice, and after checking in, Krishna (the front desk manager at the time) provided our children with teddy bears and passport books for them to collect stamps from staff throughout the hotel. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming arrival. The next morning we were attended to by Neal in the hotel restaurant for breakfast, and he was very kind and considerate as well. The location of the hotel is by St. Paul’s Cathedral and plenty of pubs and eateries. We were very happy with the location, cleanliness, and safety of the hotel.

The location is super convenient, and it's only a three-minute walk from the company. I'm really happy about it. Opposite is the subway station and train station. I love breakfast! ! ! Fortunately, I ordered breakfast. There are a lot of fruits and yogurt that I like to eat. This breakfast is the healthiest thing I eat every day! The gym downstairs is also very good, very clean and has everything you need!

W/End away in London. We were looking for a hotel close to the river Thames & St. Catherine’s Docks inc. Tower Bridge & St. Paul’s Cathedral. Eventually we found the Clubquaters Hotel in St. Paul’s. which was was spot on for location. The hotel was superb, great facilities, inc. a gym. the room was lovely, Reception staff were very helpful. Just off the Reception is a direct link door to the superb Cotes Restaurant, so we could start our day off with a great Full English Breakfast. Yum…Yum it was spot on! The location of the hotel is superb….St. Paul’s Cathedral right next door…a Bell Ring away….the River Thames including the famous Millennium Bridge, a short walk away. Close to St. Paul’s Underground along with city bus stops and numerous extremely convenient shops., couldn’t fault it. Spot on!

I was a whole week at the Andaz for a business trip. I can confirm that it made my trip so much better. The hotel is located at a top spot in London, were you have plenty of restaurants and shops pretty close and the Liverpool Street station at the corner. The restaurants at the hotel are really good. My colleagues and I enjoyed breakfast, lunch and some beers at three of the places in the hotel. The service was quick and effective and the people were really nice. The rooms are pretty comfortable and the space to work is adequate. The only thing that I had to point out is that the Wi-Fi at some points was a bit intermittent.

We stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate my daughters 40th, we stayed on the 5th floor, we had room 30 which had a dodgy door so make sure it’s closed properly if you stay in it, the room was advertised as a city view but all we could see was the royal London hospital, my daughter had room 33 which you could see the shard from, just so your aware if your paying extra for the view it’s not really worth it, anyway to the good points of which there were many, check in was very quick and easy, you will need a £50 refundable deposit upon arrival, the reception staff were all very helpful and friendly, the room was very modern and we had plenty of space, the bed was comfy and we never heard any noise from anywhere during our stay, the rooms are a little sp**** and clinical, a few pictures on the walls would make a huge difference but didn’t in any way affect our stay, the area itself isn’t the best, lots of shops that were wholesale only, all shuttered up on a night with lots of graffiti on them, if you leave the apartments and turn right you come to the Castle pub, we went in here for a drink but the music wasn’t to our liking so left after one, if you keep to the left where the street splits at the Castle it’s like a different world, new buildings all very nice and clean, this way takes you towards the Tower Hill tube station which we used as we called into the Goodman’s field (Wetherspoons) for a breakfast to start the day, there are closer tube stations to the Aptel though, we would stay here again but it’s a little too far out for me, but don’t hesitate if your thinking of booking it, you won’t be disappointed

Good location, right next to Trafalgar Square, next to Tesco express and Macdonald. The hotel room is also large. Friendly service, you can order Chinese food with just eat. The room has a microwave. Hygiene is average, seems gray, and the bathroom has a slight odor. There is no own parking lot. There is a cooperative parking lot on the other side of the square. You can park temporarily at the door and drop your luggage before going to the parking lot. Parking is 44 pounds a day and about 37 pounds with a hotel coupon. There are actually two hotels here, one is grand and the other is cq. I booked grand but lived in Cq. I do n’t know how to arrange it. When the hotel is not busy, it is sold at 7-800, and the price is good. After all, it is close to the Thames and other attractions.

Hotel was nice room was a little over looked by neighbouring buildings but room was spacious hotel in good location st Paul’s cathedral right outside door. What a sweet place. My private room was perfect for budget accommodation and the building used to be choirboy rooms for the cathedral/school. The staff are really great. They seem happy and like a real team. They are warm and genuine and not over the top. Thank you to Wilder and Samuel for carrying my luggage. I had a heavy suitcase as I’m about to go abroad for 3 months and I was in the top bedroom and there is no lift (being a listed building). I wanted to leave a tip but was told I couldn’t do this on my card and had no cash I’m sorry. Late check out cost me £5 and was a lifesaver when I got in at 4am from a night out. St Paul’s and nearby Farringdon are a wonderful area of London. Also on Elizabeth Line so great for seeing London pre and post flying from Heathrow. Renting a towel and buying shower gel; snacks and water late at night was all fine. Hotel was clean, enjoyable, had character and was super quiet when I stayed on a Friday night. Thank you it was brilliant

We selected the Apex London Wall Hotel because of its close location to Barbican where our daughter started to study and we liked the entire City area. The staff of the hotel was very attentive, breakfast and all meals in the restaurant we ate from time to time were very tasteful. The room was always clean and the quality of the beds was very good. The hotel has a history of hundreds of years. The door is very small and it is easy to walk by accidentally, so that every time you go back to the neighborhood, you have to look at it. There are stairs and elevators (the elevator is so narrow that it can accommodate two adults and two large luggage). But none of these things affect my quality experience. First of all, the reception was very enthusiastic. Although English was like white paper, I couldn't understand what she was saying, but I still felt her thoughtful and meticulous care and warm attitude. The facilities in the hotel from the inside to the outside did not have a sense of centuries-old. Retained some hundred years of temperament, but the internal facilities are very modern, especially the bathroom, simple and clean, enough to meet my needs for the bathroom. Especially worth mentioning is that coffee, tea bags, biscuits, chocolates in the room are provided every day. Water and bubble water can be free and unlimited. The day before, we also bought water in the supermarket to take it back. Although it is less than 1 pound, if you need to buy it back every day, It's also very troublesome and expensive. In particular, I am a big water drinker 😂 The Nestle capsule coffee machine in the room is easy to use. It makes me want to buy a thought to bring it back for the first time. The hotel is located in the financial street. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The bus bus and subway station are close at hand. It is still very convenient to go back to the hotel to rest when you are tired. By the way, this trip to London has a much better experience of the bus than the subway. In short, the hotel likes it very much. If you have the opportunity, you will stay again. I am willing to recommend it to my friends.

Compact room but - as someone else said - nothing was missing. Well laid out bathroom and very, very warm room in stark contrast to freezing outside temperatures. Due to this the fire alarm went off in the morning waking us up with a start! Room with tea & coffee and very nice muffins and complimentary water. Staff very friendly and helpful. Central location to the City, near Liverpool Station and Bank. Overall recommended for 1 or 2 nights stay, would visit again.
