Arrived very late, due to inclement weather. Received a call several hours before arriving notifying me that due to the weather, cancellation fees were not being applied. I arrived at 11pm, three hours later than expected, due to the weather. Sarai was outstanding for calling about the cancellation fee suspension due to weather, and for holding my check-in time until I arrived. She was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again if I come back to Denver.
The hotel pricing was great as well. The pillows were too soft, and the couch in the room a bit too hard, but otherwise, the room was great.
Excellent breakfast as well.
Next time I come to Denver, I will definitely come back to Sonesta ES, Lone Tree.

Great room options for larger families. Would have been nice if the pool was indoors. Great gym and breakfast. We used the kitchen but the stove wasn't operational. Overall, it was a nice place to stay with family.

For the price, everything was fine. My only issue was a strong musky smell in the room and bed, like BO. I did not have contact with staff other than at check in/out.

Comfortable bed. Loved my boyfriend and I got a corner room...it was quiet. Great water pressure and very hot water. decent kitchen. Not a fan of the timer for the cook top especially if I'm cooking chicken on low. We may stay there again for our weekend get away to spend alone time together. Hope we can request the same room being it's on the 3rd floor and a corner room. 👍👍

Really love this establishment they treat you very good respectful the staff is really A1 staff Sarah and Mike and Kim part of management are really nice and good people very friendly and help you with any of your needs they make you feel like you're at home there's nothing worse than staying somewhere where the staff won't talk to you it's not like that here these people make you feel wanted and appreciated I've been staying here off and on for the last 3 years I really have no complaints I really like this establishment and look suggest to anybody that this is where you want to stay if you're on the road with your company or business breakfast is good as well the courtyard is very lovely and beautiful like I said I would refer this place to my friends and family it's really a nice establishment thanks for the hospitality Sarah Mike and Kim you guys know how to run a business the right way

Newly remodeled hotel that still
Lacked some modern comforts. The cooling system was subpar, thankfully it was winter. No phone plug ins unless you have a cube and even then only one side of the bed had an outlet. Our toilet seat was chipped and our room was missing one of the remotes. The space and TV’s were nice but didn’t make up for the other deficits. The free breakfast was mediocre at best. Disappointed.

Concierge away from desk when arriving for check in during both recent stays.
Did not use limited breakfast buffet.
Very warm in room with long time gl fire effective cooling achieved. (This was a winter stay)
