Sea Club I

My wife and I sadly left today ! What a great property to stay at. Firstly I will just state the few negative things to be balanced. The front units parallel to gulf of Mexico drive get a little road noise. Not a terrible amount thankfully. The units that are stacked you can sometimes hear the people above. Again not a huge concern. Just be aware of the potential. Now for the great things ! This place has access to a stretch of beautiful beach, just steps from your room. There is an outside heated pool ! While it was a little chilly for our liking. A few people were enjoying the pool during our stay . There is a few gas grills on site to use if you desire. My favorite part of the property is classic feel. It's not a mega resort . Did I mention the awesome beach? I would definitely recommend staying here.

Good location. Clean and budget friendly. Nice close beach and pool. The desk (Lisa) made our early check-in work! We will stay here again when visiting the Sarasota area. All around pleasant visit.

We found ourselves in a bad situation with another place we booked and one phone call to Lisa and she made are day! Same-day reservations! Our unit #20 was very nice! The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean! Plenty of towels, great tv and cable stations to choose from. We love this place and will definitely be back! Thank you Lisa for all you do!! We had a wonderful time thanks to you!!

Stayed 2 nights here in unit 42, and it was the highlight of my trip to Florida. I don't see how anyone can give this place a negative review. It was the perfect beachside apartment style room with everything I needed to enjoy a relaxing stay. The patio out back was perfect, and it led right to the gorgeous white sand beach! They even offer free chairs for the beach. Just be courteous and bring them back where you got them (most hotels charge extra for beach chairs). The staff was really friendly and even called me back quickly when I lost one of the hotel keys. She was also nice enough not to charge me for the missing key even though I was fully prepared to pay for a replacement. Thanks so much for an amazing stay, and I will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful stay in Unit 43. Such a relaxing place with a nice pool, steps from the beach and free beach chairs. The staff were super friendly….thanks for your help with the room Katherine! We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again!

This rental was very nice. My only complaint is that I never heard from the property manager prior to arriving and didn’t know how to go about getting in or when to arrive. I tried to contact property manager multiple times with no response. Not very happy with VRBO property manager!

Nice people/ clean place

It was just as described. The room is small and we had an issue with the refrig going out. However the staff acted quickly. Did not do us much good however the next people staying there would be happy. Beautiful quiet beach, chair provided and a nice pool

First off , if you are booking this property through VRBO you are actually booking through ******* but being up charged through this app. The “host” of this property on this app is unresponsive and does not take any accountability for this booking. We booked for 2 adults and two kids and the vrbo did not disclose that to the property ! So we then got scolded regarding our party size. Very unsettling while coming to vacation. We loved the location , the beds were comfy and the living room was a nice size and clean. The bathroom was our #1 issue. First nothing is kept up with. Paint falling off the walls , screw sticking out of the broken metal hand grab bars in the shower , the shower leaks water once turned on ! It’s just NOT kept up with what so ever and for what you pay you can find a better place on the island. Night one we had the cabinet fall OFF of the wall onto our four year old injuring her head and her arm. The cabinet was NOT screwed in. Just NAILED into the drywall. Completely unacceptable and unsafe for anyone ! We had to document all of these issues and would have left but there were no other places to stay as it was Easter weekend. Items in the home were not secured or taken care of properly.!!
