Very good hotel for family trip, fantastic hot spring pool and nice mountain views, our rooms are clean and very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Specially thanks hotel staff Lucy and 陈师傅. The only downside is hotel location, my advise to traveller is do some research first or call hotel staff on how to get to the hotel

Location is good. The entrance construction starts in the morning. It's noisy. Children like water park. We entered 19:40 resturant, some food no have. They are doing crab festival. I found empty, I request some crab for child. Worker said no have. I explain it is too fast if no have stock. She said no have ,looks like angry for me and return to kitchen and see me about 1 minute. I never seen like this resturant. In this case, normally said i am sorry but...

It was a very happy family trip. The stay was very comfortable. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and responsive. They provided great convenience for our family with two children. The big brother at the rafting place was very nice and provided considerate service. Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up. I will go again next time.

I came to this hotel for the third time. It is the favorite of children. The water park in winter is hot water, so children don’t have to catch a cold. Many new pools were added this year. It is clean and has good service. This time I met the fairy front desk lady Bailey, who is very nice and has excellent service. It happened to be Sunday when there were not many people. She upgraded me to a deluxe room and provided children's supplies. The stay experience was perfect💯

I came here once five years ago. After five years, things have changed a lot. Even the lobby has been renovated. This time we stayed in the Peter Pan parent-child room. The room was well decorated and the children liked it very much. The room was big enough and there was a sofa and a pool on the balcony. But the only thing lacking is the ability to hang and dry cleaned clothes. If a clothes drying rack can be added later, it will be more convenient for tourists. Because we are traveling by car, many families with children now choose to travel by car. There are relatively few parking spaces here. On the day we checked in, we wandered around in the parking lot several times before we found a place to park 😂

The whole hotel has a good sense of service. Vava at the front desk was very nice, timely and patient, and the service was thoughtful. She upgraded the room, helped to move the bed, and the bed guard was awesome. The room had a great view, was nice, big enough, clean, and had complete supporting supplies. The balcony had a hot spring pool, which the kids loved. The hot spring area was great. It was raining outside, but there were many facilities indoors, all warm water, so the kids didn't have to worry about catching a cold. They had a lot of fun. The whole trip was comfortable and safe, and I'll come again next time.

The hot spring water was basically 38º-42º, and there were more than a dozen pools. The reception service was very good. The attitude was local and friendly. The outdoor water was cold, and only the indoor water was constant temperature. It was a pity that I did not experience the water pool and the rafting river.
