Our family really enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless and the hotel is perfectly situated with beautiful views of Nankun Mountain. Our concierge, Vava, was incredibly warm and attentive. The hot spring and room amenities were well-maintained. Soaking in the hot springs was incredibly relaxing and a great way to unwind. It's an ideal spot for a short family getaway, and we'll definitely be returning.

The hotel butler service is very attentive. Our butler, Vava, was great at communicating and following up on everything, big thumbs up! 👍👍👍 The hotel's indoor and outdoor facilities are also excellent; our kids had a blast.

The family room was perfectly designed for children; it was very clean and soundproofed, which was great for the kids after they finished playing in the water park and the large swimming pool on the 10th floor. The service was also very attentive; someone followed up on our needs, and even after we checked out, they allowed us to continue playing in the water park that afternoon.

Our stay was fantastic! The room was spotless and the environment quiet and comfortable. A special shout-out to VAVA at the front desk – her service was thoughtful and meticulous. I asked for a replacement, and that one didn't work either. I had to buy a new charger in the middle of the night. 2: For the disposable toiletries, the shampoo from the previous guest hadn't been replaced. I was halfway through my shower when I realized there was no shampoo. 3: I don't know how long it had been since the hot spring pool's water was changed. At night, you could clearly see a lot of floating debris; it was very dirty. 4: The staff at the 10th-floor pool, the hot spring reception, and the room service were all expressionless. Forget about warm service. Everything I've mentioned has photographic evidence.

The environment is quite good. The pool water is constant temperature, so kids won't get cold playing in it. The overall setting is nice. However, I ate too much salmon at the buffet, and my stomach wasn't feeling great afterward.

This hotel is great for families! The on-site hot springs are excellent, and the service is also very good. My child had a fantastic time and already wants to go back. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway with seniors and kids!

The hygiene was terrible; the floor was covered in dust as soon as I entered. The service was awful. I requested a bed rail, but it wasn't provided. The front desk staff promised to send a baby kit during check-in, but it never arrived. There was no heating in the room, and despite multiple complaints, nothing was done. My whole family ended up catching colds from the cold. The hotel has virtually no facilities for children, making it unsuitable for families with kids. The value for money is extremely poor.

The room was great, really spacious. Service was excellent; anything we needed was brought up right away. Bailey checked in with us every day about when we wanted housekeeping and also gave us great recommendations for activities around the hotel. Any requests were handled promptly. We came here to relax with family, and there are quite a few outdoor hot springs, which we loved. The glass-bottom infinity pool was absolutely stunning!

The hygiene was poor, and the carpets were dirty. The price didn't match the facilities and amenities at all. Honestly, I don't think it's worth the price. I wouldn't recommend it.

For a room costing over a thousand, I really don't see the value. If you want to use the hot spring, you have to brave the cold to walk to an adjacent building. You need to scan your wristband to enter and exit the hot spring area. As for refreshments, they only offer three types of fruit and some drinks, and that's it – it's practically nothing. I went to the hot spring around 9 AM when the water had just been filled, so it was at its cleanest. You can go up and down a few floors to enjoy different pools. It's really warming after a winter soak, and if you're not worried about catching a cold, you can then go explore other places.
