我們是週日下午到的，入住體驗不是很好，房間感覺沒有看到的那麼高級，配不上這個性價比，進去就發現有大蒼蠅飛來飛去，茶具上還有上一波客人的茶包渣沒清理，浴缸也很多灰塵，馬桶也不乾淨，而且還沒配備浴巾，跟老闆娘説了沒有，她説有的可是也還沒補，衞生就親自道歉馬上給我們整改了，房間本來也想給我們換，可是換的那一個觀景不太好我就沒要。
我們晚飯直接在他家點菜的，後面老闆一家也很誠懇，送了疊小青菜和竹筒飯，自己做的挺好吃的，服務也很周到，可能週末忙到一家子顧不過來吧。
還有房間包含的套餐，抓魚老闆直接就説我們抓不到了，所以活動沒有了，然後就説是天氣冷了體驗不好。免費服裝體驗，那些服裝就是隨便堆在那裡，看着很臟，一點想體驗的想法都沒興趣，比較驚奇的是他們家電梯，四樓裝個家用電梯，速度很慢，但挺新奇。
總的來説，自駕上山不易，相對來説物價也會有所提升，還是能理解的，就是覺得整一個下來房價和實際入住體驗不太如意。

房間配置和設施配不上852的價格。
1、洗澡水很黃這個最不能接受！我定的家庭套房，房間裏衹有2個牙刷，叫多送幾個上來還反問我房間裏不是有嗎？？？我夠用我還能叫你送嗎？？？有點搞笑。房間裏衹有兩瓶水，叫多拿兩瓶水上來要收6塊錢，真是無語😑
2、套餐説的有民族服裝給你拍照，我真的勸退，那衣服又臟又臭，可能完整成套的衹有3套，亂七八糟的在那，也沒人收拾。
3、説有車到停車場接我，打電話等了有40分鐘也沒安排得人來接🤪
4、套餐裏説送米酒也沒有送，一整個體驗差勁。

晚上很熱鬧，酒店乾淨衞生，能樓下餐廳可以休息發呆，陽台也可以觀景發呆，去大巴停車場10分鐘，在山腳下，方便

地理位置還不錯，可以按照定位直接開車上去，適合帶着長者小孩的家庭（根據觀察其他店要步行或者讓酒店車接送）。房間窗户對着梯田，景色比較好，早餐是桂林米粉，香菇肉沫味道的，也比較好吃。但是房間的熱水不太穩定，忽冷忽熱。燒水壺也是壞的，當時太晚了，就沒找店家。細節上還需要注意，比如衞生間紙巾存量，還有房間內紙巾的擺放位置。總體來説，還算滿意

就在停車場往前走一段路就到了，老闆娘會派人來接送，從這裏往2號和3號觀景台都比較方便，可以少走一點路。我們定房間太晚了，都漲價了，平時ww就200-300的水準，衞生還行，住這裏就是圖個方便。重點，如果真的要住這裏，晚上點菜要注意點，這裏吃東西非常貴，是市區的2倍價格，最好自己備點吃的。
