Hotels with Parking in Lorne

It is a place to live casually, it is relatively clean, and the bed is too soft. Next door is a RV camp. The supermarket is right next to it, and various dining options are not far away. It's so average, if you don't pay attention, you can make up for one night.

The draw card here is the location. On the beach, beautiful. We made a booking for an ocean view room, when we arrived our room had been given to someone else at the error of junior staff. We ended up with a partial ocean view room. The staff handled the situation best they could and provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine which was appreciated. Despite the excellent location, the room was very worn out but clean. The bathtub enamel was coming off in patches which was a little gross to put your feet on. You can see by the beautiful landscape and design of the original hotel that, in its heyday, it would have been the height of luxury. Overall, we were disappointed by the rooms but thrilled with the location. There is a lot of potential here but the pricing doesn't reflect the standard of the rooms at this stage.

The rooms are big and luxurious. Look at the garden from the balcony, you can see a little sea view. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and laundry liquid. There is a jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully equipped, large and clean. Close to the sea, convenient to watch sunrise and sunset.

Sanitation is actually okay. Is that there are so many small flying insects, especially when a light is turned on, all swarm. I hope the store can improve the indoor environment! What is more unique is that each room is a theme room in a different country. Very innovative!

Terry and the team at the Anchorage are welcoming. The Motel is spotless clean and the rooms are brilliant too. Location is perfect for the foreshore and close to all the local shops, etc. We had a studio, bright and decorated clean, with a microwave and tea making / fridge. On site pool if you want one. Free parking. Support a local business. A fantastic one-night stay. Thank you (Liam & Jon), woof, to Ziggy!

Feelings: The hotel is in the forest 5 minutes drive from the town of Lorne. We saw wild kangaroos, cockatoos and eagle here. In terms of safety, the hotel has more than a dozen independent houses, and the popularity is high. The old couple of the hotel owner live in the house in the center of the hotel, so the friends in the city quickly bring the children to feel it. The wild kangaroo looked great and powerful, and the zoo was much better.

We went in on off-chance and had a choice of rooms. We chose to go for the sea view ‘Executive’ room on 1st floor to front of building with a balcony. Great bed, lovely warm room (one I worked out that AC was also a heater), tea/coffee making facility inc. milk in the fridge, heating lights in the bathroom. There was even a walk-in wardrobe area! Didn’t take a photo inside the room but did take a couple of the view. A little gem of a place in Lorne. So glad we found it.

Living in the RV, don’t have a flavor, the road is very convenient for the supermarket.

The environment is very good. It's on the beach. Crossing the road is Lorne Beach. The house is large enough and the space is OK. This kind of dust smell, more importantly, the quilt, sofa, and pillows on the sofa are all dusty. The sheets are newly replaced, but between the two sheets is a blanket that is old and full of hair balls. It's not a complete quilt, so the old blanket will still be exposed between the two sheets, letting you sleep and smell the dust. The blanket felt like it hadn't been washed for two or three years. The dusty smell was uncomfortable. Stayed in Australia in four apartments or apartment hotels, this is the worst of them.
