The dormitory was booked for the first time, so I was worried that it would be inconvenient to use the shower or toilet. The manager was kind too. I was relieved that the door was locked to prevent outsiders from coming in. After 10 o'clock it was quiet and comfortable However, when I first found, there was no notification, so I found it for a while!

My daughter and I love the vibe of Venice Beach so we made a day trip from Texas out of it. Specifically because we love this hotel and the location. It is consistently spectacular. Located rt in the middle of Venice, we were able to take short breaks in our room walking distance from beach. Our room was ready when we arrived. The halls were clean, the front desk was pleasant and helpful, our room smelled like magic and sunshine. The view from the balcony was amazing and the ac worked perfectly! The front lady even told us about the complimentary bikes with our stay so we took a leisurely ride to Santa Monica on the veloway. They even come with locks. We never opened our own door as they have someone who greets you every time. We felt really special which is what you want to feel when on vacation. We checked out with Miguel who was a pleasant and happy soul who ended our stay with a smile. The hotel was amazing but the staff REALLY makes it special with their can do attitudes and pleasant and helpful demeanor! We won't even entertain any other hotels. The rooftop bar doesn't hurt either. Best views of the city...cant say enough. Stay here and you and your family will not be disappointed!

The advantage is that the location is right in front of Bannis Beach, so you can feel happy while watching the sea view inside the hostel. Because it's a tourist destination, you can worry about security, but without worrying about security, you can take a card at the gate and go in, and there is a staff right in front of you. The facilities were so neat and there was no smell of hotels peculiar to the United States, and there was also delicateness everywhere, such as the part where you can finely adjust the brightness of the lights. And the windows were soundproof, so when I closed the door, I couldn't hear the sound outside. The downside is that the soundproofing in the hotel is a bit lacking. You can rent amenities (beach towels, bicycles, etc.), but you have to pay this price for $27. I wish it was stated in Trip.com in advance.

Loved staying here. The location is amazing. it's like a 1 minute walk to the beach and all the other things venice beach has to offer. The staff was always available, friendly, and helpful. I was solo travelling and felt safe here.

Perfect location, right in the heart of the hustle and bustle on Venice Beach, so great for walking to Santa Monica or Marina Del Rey. Accommodation (2 bed cottage) - Nice enough. Though the hotel is opposite Phoenix House. This is a rehab centre for alcohol and drug abuse. I get it - everyone needs help! However, the upper floors can look directly in the cottage’s courtyard. And as soon as you walked out the gate, the entrance was opposite. As we were two guys, it wasn’t really a problem but probably not the nicest place to stay with your wife or family. Parking - No parking as advertised. The nearest parking was Venice Beach Parking. Couldn’t make out their pricing structure as it changed daily and was super expensive. However, we had a car, so had no choice but to pay.

The hotel is located right on the beach, very successful location. I didn't have enough bottle of water at my arrival and there were no glasses. The parking is paid.
