Homewood Suites by Hilton Long Beach Airport

I just completed a 9 day stay at this property. It is a very clean hotel and the rooms are modern. Having said that, I do feel that the hotel management is taking advantage of the Coronavirus pandemic by not providing any housekeeping service for guests, regardless of length of stay. I have been working and traveling steadily since the pandemic occurred. Every other hotel that I have stayed at has reduced the frequency of housekeeping service to guest rooms to every other day or 2 or 3 times a week at the least. I was always informed of this when I checked in. I was not informed that this Homewood Suites was not providing any housekeeping service to any guest when I checked in. It was only when my room had not been serviced for 2 days that I had to go up to the front desk (they never once answered the phone the entire time I was there)to inquire what was happening with housekeeping. The lady at the front desk confirmed that no housekeeping service was being provided and gave me a large trash bag to put my accumulated trash in. I was never informed as to whether I was receiving a discount on my room rate because no housekeeping was provided. Even though the hotel was far from full occupancy, I was also being charged $12/day for parking, which I had no issue with. Had I known this hotel had eliminated all housekeeping service, I would have stayed elsewhere. I work 10 to 12 hours a day and hate coming back to a dirty hotel room. I am a long time Diamond member and feel some housekeeping service should have been provided

this is a very comfortable hotel. I would stay there again and tell my friends and family about the friendly staff.
Homewood Suites by Hilton Agoura Hills

Checking in the hotel was a breeze. Rudy was very helpful and provided all the information needed for my overnight stay at the hotel. The king suite room was clean and had all basic amenities. I was given free bottled water for being a member of Hilton. Breakfast was great! The best thing was that Trader Joe’s was literally just steps away! I would stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast is rich and there are too many people. Free tea and wine Pizza are available in the lobby from Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 19:00. The rooms are large, convenient for fitness and pets allowed. Parking costs 18 knives / night.
Homewood Suites by Hilton Santa Clarita

We’re Hilton members as I use to travel a lot for work, and now we mostly just travel for fun as a family. I overall like this chain a lot. Here’s a breakdown of the pros and cons of the homewood suites Santa Clarita in my opinion. Rooms: we had the king extra room. Comfortable bed, clean and spacious room, and very quiet (room 305). Huge tv! I recommend asking for foam pillows as the ones provided were flat. Water pressure in the shower is what’s to be expected for a Southern California hotel (pretty weak). They supply shampoo etc in large, multiuse bottles that are positioned too high for kids to reach. AC goes to 68’ lowest and didn’t ever reach that low of a temp due to scorching outdoor temperatures. I wish I knew how to hack the AC to lower the temp to our comfort preference, but oh well. We were comfortable enough. Pool: we came here to use the pool and visit family. There is a pool. It doesn’t seem to be heated. Even in this 100’ weather, the water seemed pretty cold. The local aquatic centers heat their pools better than this hotel. The pool is pretty clean. There’s an awesome bbq area with fire pits and some seating. No hot tub. The view is of the parking lot and surrounding mountains, so kinda pretty, kinda not. Some plants would help block the cars and improve the view. There are no umbrellas or anything to provide shade by the pool. Breakfast: decent options and convenient. It’s a step up from other hotel chains and equivalent to the breakfast at embassy suites, minus the freshly cooked egg station.

The hotel lobby is quite artistic, which makes people feel very comfortable and interesting. Our trip is a parent-child activity, so we choose a hotel with a large and comfortable room. This time there is also a simple kitchen. The hotel provides microwave ovens, induction cookers, dishwashers, and three pots and some dishes. Simple cooking is no problem. During the current epidemic period, the hotel service status is not ideal, and there are basically no services such as changing bed sheets and cleaning services. The hotel provides very few personal items, and even the toothbrush needs to be asked for by the service desk many times. The breakfast is also very simple, you can choose one of the two options.
