I loved the O Hotel. Great location, friendly staff, very clean and felt very safe travelling on my own. I did read some negative comments before I stayed but honestly have no idea what people complain about, but having worked in the hospitality industry for years I have learnt some people just love the complain!! The bed was so super comfortable as were the pillows. My room was squeaky clean, great shower and amenities. Will certainly be back. Thank you O Hotel.

It is a really convenient place for people who first travel to LA

Next to Macy's, it's also close to the subway. No matter how confident you are, it's very convenient if you don't have a car. There are hot eggs for breakfast. Strawberries are very sweet.

The location is good, but there are no facilities or services. The breakfast is very poor. The room equipment is a bit old. The location is very convenient. It is suitable for business trips. It would be great if there is a water dispenser that can provide drinking water...

The environment is good, the front desk service attitude is very good I arrived at the hotel an hour earlier at about 11:00 noon, and I added an early check-in fee of $40. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the Lakers' stadium

All very good. Location and breakfast.

Super easy comfortable and centrally located hotel. Only things missing were reasonable storage and a comfy chair.

The location was excellent especially to crypto arena! Staff was friendly and nice. Room was small but clean and cozy. There are a lot of homeless, but it’s downtown so that’s a thing. I would stay there again

It s a good place to stay, but unfortunately there is no restaurant, no spa whereas we took this place especially for the spa. They should have updated their Website.

Relatively small showers and only half of the shower was enclosed. I understand trying to be "modern", but the showers are too small for that type of application. In addition, two shower heads are great, but not when one does not work and it's the secondary one, and not the main which would stream straight down. The fancy coffee maker comes without any instructions on how to actually use, and the counter where it sat did not have an electrical outlet to plug into. Nor was the cord actually long enough to reach the nearest outlet while staying on the counter. Free continental breakfast...subpar. Stale bread.

We came down to LAX for a concert event. Spent very little time in room. Room was clean and comfortable.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good value: a comfortable room in a convenient location in downtown LA at an affordable price.

The hotel was ok. You pay for what you get. Location was a little sketchy but close enough to our intended location. The bed was incredible uncomfortable. The bed felt extremely firm. Walls are thin. Shower was dirty. Seen molds in the shower. Breakfast was ok. Need more serving utensil for food. I just witnessed a couple touch the food with their bare hand and put it back on to try. If there was more serving utensil that cpuld have been avoided.
