Arrived at midday on a Tuesday and our apartment wasn’t quite ready. Was given a voucher for a complimentary drink at the pool bar. We were in block three and on entering the apartment was greeted with a fresh smell. The accommodation was spotless. There are a number of steps so people with reduced mobility may struggle. On arrival there was a stocked fridge with reasonably priced items. Walk into town takes about 20mins and is all downhill. You can get a taxi back for around €4. The pool area was ideal. On arriving back to the resort mid afternoon each day, we managed to get sun loungers without issue. The background music around the pool wasn’t over the top. It was my partners birthday while we were away and a bottle of cava was delivered with a printed birthday message. We ordered pizza to the apartment one evening, it arrived piping hot but the card ready wouldn’t work. The delivery person returned with a new card machine and was very apologetic. Highly recommend the pizza. It was delicious. The issues we had were the lack of air conditioning in the room made it impossible to sleep. The TV didn’t always have a signal. Although this is a smart tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The seating on the balcony and the sofa in the lounge were incredibly uncomfortable. The sofa is a sofa bed, this would benefit from a board under the cushions. We had a door knock from the cleaners daily, who were friendly, polite and accommodating. After two nights we had two groups that were very noisy and playing loud music. This is not helped by the layout of the apartments. With balconies overlooking bedrooms. The resort itself was well maintained and spotlessly clean. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely break away, and with some small improvements we would consider staying at the resort again if we were to return to Tenerife.
