Reception staff are friendly. There are nice beaches around the hotel and many good restaurants. One 500ml bottle of mineral water is provided free of charge. There are refrigerators, hair dryers, wardrobes, air conditioners, and electric kettles. You can sit on the balcony and relax. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Swimming pool and gym available.

The room was nice enough but everything else was terrible. The swimming pool on the roof was like a concrete jungle, not attractive at all and no bar facilities - didn't use it at all and saw no other guests using it. Breakfast extremely basic not even fresh orange juice! Staff in faded white uniforms. Had to pay a deposit for beach towels - would only take cash. No hot water in shower on one occasion. No gym facility. No restaurant in hotel other than breakfast room.

Terrible hotel - booked for 2 adults and 2 children and put us in 2 rooms not next to eachother, the aircon didn’t work, you can see they’re tried to do a refurb but it’s still ongoing, the pool is like a morgue, no music, nowhere to get a drink. And it is SO noisy. There has been someone drilling next to us so loud every morning at 8am waking the children up, twice whatever they have been doing has set off the fire alarm in the building, again at 8am oh and there’s a massive church bell outside the hotel (as well as busy holiday makers) that chimes every half an hour again starting at 7am. Could not pay me to stay here again

As always, we loved this hotel. So much that we returned for the third time! Newly renovated, beautiful rooftop pool, a perfect, central location, friendly staff that will always go out of their way to help and make your stay as perfect as possible!

The hotel was excellent , position is wonderful.My partner has mobility issues which required the use of a wheelchair. I can only thank the staff for their excellent help and attentive altitude when the lift broke down. Their diligent response very much saved our holiday for which they will have our eternal gratitude.

Our week’s stay at this lovely hotel was faultless. All facilities were clean ,comfortable and beautifully maintained by the friendly communicative staff. Breakfasts were always delicious, fresh and varied. We had a relaxing week and will certainly return. Alan and Brenda Newcastle upon Tyne.
