I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Despite booking the penthouse, I encountered several unacceptable issues that made my stay far from enjoyable.
First and foremost, the service was poor. From check-in to check-out, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Upon entering the penthouse, I discovered there was no soap provided, which is a basic necessity that should never be overlooked. Additionally, there was mold in the shower, which is both unsanitary and unpleasant.
The rooms had a musty odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in, and to make matters worse, there were dead roaches scattered all over the floor. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that is supposed to offer a luxurious experience.
While the restaurant food was just okay, the wait time was ridiculous. It took over an hour for our meals to arrive, which is far too long, especially when the food is only mediocre at best.
Overall, I would not recommend to anyone. The numerous issues I encountered during my stay indicate a severe lack of attention to detail and poor management. Save your money and find a better place to stay.
