Non è la prima volta che faccio un pellegrinaggio a Lourdes , questa è la 5 volta ed è sempre stata una esperienza meravigliosa anche per il soggiorno ma non questa volta. L’Hotel Helgon non è confortevole, le stanze sono sporche, il servizio lascia la spazzatura per terra in camera. La colazione da cancellare . Non si può nemmeno avere un caffè dopo pranzo perché non lo fanno. Professionalità zero e cortesia anche . Non ci tornerò mai più e non lo consiglio.

Fuimos en una peregrinación a Lourdes desde Córdoba y Madrid. Hotel limpio , bien ubicado , buena comida , muy buen trato incluso cuando solicitamos un cambio de habitación porque la primera noche no pudimos dormir bien debido a una aire acondicionado que estaba la calle. Con el cambio se solucionó el problema. Muy amables a la hora de buscar una cosa perdida y nos ayudaron en todo momento. Recomendable gracias

Excellent hôtel, personnel agréable et serviable, la climatisation des chambres est appréciée ! Nourriture tout à fait correcte avec une mention spéciale pour les desserts, variés et délicieux. Les chambres donnant sur l'arrière sont très calmes.

Accueil super sympa, chambre agréable, spacieuse, très grand lit, Un personnel très à l'écoute et disponible.. Nous avons même sollicité le veilleur de nuit, très efficace !!!!! Quant à la restauration, rien à dire, c'était parfait. ce sera un plaisir d'y retourner l'an prochain

Soggiorniamo in questa struttura da oltre 10 anni ed è sempre una garanzia. Camere accoglienti e pulite. Personale gentile e qualificato e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza, anche per i bambini più piccoli. Colazione abbondante. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere il santuario e a pochi passi dal centro città.

Minha mãe e eu tínhamos uma reserva no hotel vizinho, o Croix de Bretons, mas fomos transferidas pela gerência para o Helgon Hotel. E que grata surpresa! Amamos nossa estadia no Helgon! Quarto amplo, com climatização, cama confortável, ducha agradável. Café da manhã excelente para os padrões europeus, com itens variados. E toda a equipe do hotel foi muito atenciosa conosco. Destaco aqui Salvatore, que nos recebeu e nos brindou com simpatia, solicitude e amabilidade ímpar (até me ensinou algumas expressões em francês), e também Andrea, que fez o nosso check out, em português, intercambiando informações sobre a cidade, sobre a época de funcionamento do hotel e das principais atrações de Lourdes. Nos sentimos muito bem acolhidas!

Vriendelijk personeel, nette en verzorgde kamers, goede bedden, prima prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Lekker ontbijtbuffet en pelgrimsmenu. Ideale ligging, vlakbij de Heiligdommen. Wij voelden ons zeer welkom en waren zeer tevreden!
