Stay was ok until we tried to claim our left luggage. This was held to ransom for the cost of cleaning and another night stay. A total of €400.00. My daughter had been ill in the night and I was prepared to pay a cleaning bill. However I was shouted out by 6 staff as well as my wife demanding 400 hundred Euros. I have never been treated so badly or aggressively by a hospitality company in my life. I would not recommend anyone to stay here or trust this company. If you do stay do not leave any luggage.

Great breakfast provided at Essence (about 5 mins walk away) as part of deal.
Balcony view over marina/ sea front a bonus.
Good location for shops and main square of Argostoli.

Aggressive staff. The room was much smaller than the pictures on websites. Lots of stairs, noisy because of main road. Chair broke in the room when I sat on it, causing me to hit my head & the owner accused me of playing with the chair…….then tried to charge me for it.

Great location and view. Steps away from the pier and close to everything you would need. Staff was helpful and attentive. The room and building are well maintained. Breakfast was included but please note that it is served at their Argostoli Essence hotel location (about a 7-8min walk or transport can be arranged). Check-in was slightly confusing - you have to notify the hotel 72hrs prior to arriving or walk into the neighbouring travel agency storefront but this wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Otherwise, great stay.

Location is really good, the apartments look like they are in a empty shopfront from outside, the views are really good but the welcome and reception staff which is a shop under the apartments are poor and not very helpful. Poorly managed. Would come back to the Marina area as it is a wonderful location but stay somewhere with better management and have more pleasant experience.

Lovely views of Agrostoli is the plus point, sold as 4 person but is really just a 3 person apartment, very small bed in 2nd bedroom. Only tap in apt was broken and hanging loose for the whole of our stay, reported it twice, but they just didn't reply when I emailed the office,as the cleaner just shrugged and said didn't know when it would get fixed when I pointed it out to them. Unhelpful,bordering on rude staff. Office didn't open on time,saw people waiting to check in outside locked office at the morning. Lots of similar apartments that would book other then this Company.
