Great hotel and accommodations! Unfortunately we were let down by the restaurant where we had subpar service and food for the price. It’s no match for the rest of this otherwise great establishment. Would recommend as long as you skip the restaurant!

Estadia excelente num hotel muito calmo. Boa recuperação do palacete e dos jardins, extremamente bem cuidados. Pequeno almoço excelente, e com uma excelente apresentação. A decoração e o ambiente muito bem estudados. Os funcionários, da receção e do restaurante, muito simpáticos e competentes. Parabéns!

Palácio antigo muito bem recuperado, com espaços extraordinariamente bonitos como as vária salas, os jardins e outros espaços. Muito bom SPA. Simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionários, incrível. Fomos desfrutar do nosso 38º aniversário de casamento e foi com agradável surpresa que verificámos que o hotel estava cheio e a grande maioria dos hóspedes eram casais jovens com filhotes e muitos deles bébés. Fantástico. Jantar e pequeno almoço excelentes. Vamos repetir de certeza até porque somos de Coimbra e para relaxar é do melhor que temos perto da nossa cidade. Parabéns

Autêntico Hotel de Charme com um óptimo aproveitamento de um Palácio totalmente bem restaurado.Assim se aproveita o património histórico português em vez de construir um mamarracho. Excelente decoração e grande ambiente intimista para aproveitar o sossego da região. Atendimento muito agradável por parte do staff muito jovem mas competente.muito agradável o salão do pequeno almoço com vista maravilhosa e virado para os bem tratados jardins e piscina. Pequeno almoço muito variado . “Miminhos “ na recepção no quarto por sinal muito espaçoso e confortável. Como mais valia na estadia ainda pode usufruir de SPA e bicicletas para se deslocar dentro da cidade. Não perder uma estadia neste Hotel Palácio

Hotel muito charmoso, com staff atencioso, atendimento ao cliente muito cuidado e com atenção ao detalhe (fui pela ocasião do meu aniversário e, quer no quarto quer no restaurante houve essa atenção e tornaram o meu dia ainda mais especial). Restaurante com comida deliciosa e com atendimento eficiente e atencioso. Recomendo!!

This is a beautiful and unique hotel and most of the staff is extremely pleasant, but I have reluctantly decided to stop suggesting it to my guests, even though I live nearby. A friend from Spain and I were looking forward to enjoying lunch in their lovely restaurant. Soon after we arrived, a couple with a small child with a very loud game player we seated near us. The noise from her game shattered the ambiance. I asked the hostess if she could ask the parents to turn off the volume, but she refused. The child had the right to blast her noisy game, she said. I suspect I may have been treated this way because I'm not yet fluent in Portuguese and obviously not Portuguese myself. But we were made to feel unwelcome. It's unlikely I'll take a chance going back if this is how hotel guests are treated. My friend was interested in booking a weekend there with her husband, but now says that based upon this experience, she has decided to book a different hotel.

Hotel incrivel. Quarto muito espaçoso. Cama muito confortável. Pequeno almoco com muita variedade e qualidade. A decoração lindíssima. Espaço exterior muito bem cuidado e por ultimo a gentileza, disponibilidade e simpatia de todos os funcionarios.
