老牌的酒店有底藴，衞生做的不錯，服務相當好，衹是設施稍微差了點，有點黴味

酒店整體性價比高，配套齊全，有充電車位，有温泉，能租自行車，有下午茶，小朋友玩得很開心。此外，房間面積較大，有陽台，雖部分傢俱略顯舊，但是整體乾淨衞生。周邊配套齊全，有吃有玩，距離縣城十分鐘車程。工作人員都很熱情周到，8016號工作人員主動幫忙拿行李，感謝！有機會還會再來！
有待提升地方：房間洗漱用品可以升級一下。

推薦入住。酒店服務非常好。尤其是前台的楊經理和相關工作人員。熱情周到。酒店設施稍有點舊。乾淨衞生可以確保。温泉有多個泡池。大小不等。小朋友進去就不願出來。中餐廳的菜餚單點菜味道和品質，明顯好於套餐。價格都不貴。性價比OK。唯一就是吃個早餐小勺子不注意打碎了。工作人員第一句就是需要賠償勺子錢。讓人不太舒服。一個小陶瓷勺子也不差這6塊錢。但感覺不好。其他都OK。對了環湖的自行車子數量有點少。設施維護需加強核查。

多次入住了，總體體驗沒有問題，主要是兩點要繼續提高，一是前台沒有主動給客人辦理取電卡的意識，默認一張房卡；二是下午茶和前台踢皮球，沒銜接好的問題讓客人去諮詢解決。
