A perfect accommodation in Luang Prabang with family. Really a nice hotel, all staff here are with great hospitality. I strongly recommend to stay here and discover the beauty of this old heritage city.

I enjoyed my stay. I love it. The room is clean, the location is good and the staffs there are friendly and helpful. The decoration is great. I think in LBP, most of the stay looks esthetic. That’s awesome about this town. Anyway, I highly recommend this place.

Very clean & tidy property, with comfortable firm bed & pillows. But could be a little hard for some. Short walk to the old town's main street & night market. Even the river is nearby. But the service is a little strange for me - there's no make up room/do not disturb sign available, hence they knock on your door each day whether you like it or not, as if to check if I'm still alive in the room. Borrowed an iron from them without an ironing board & they could not careless how you're going to get your ironing done. And iron was with a thick charred layer of previous burns. You will end up with a blackened garment if you don't first scrape off the burns & clean it thoroughly. Owner wasn't friendly & doesn't greet. Overall the stay is reasonable but the people there make me not want to go back.

A very enjoyable stay. The villa is conveniently located near the Mekong riverside and within short stroll distance to most major areas of interest in Luang Prabang. Room is spacious and cozy, with a nicely sized bathroom. Reception helps to book trips and services at a lower cost you may not find outside, with pickups at the villa as well (except for, of course, boat rides). Tiny issue was the lack of toothbrush and toothpaste. The rest is provided.

The location is perfect. It’s not too far from the Main Street and a stone throw from the Mae Khong river. Tours sold here are also slightly cheaper than anywhere else. The room has very shiny hardwood floor which I love. AC works well. The bathroom is large with nice hot water but the tiles start to show their ages with black grouts in spots. But overall is still a well worth stay in Luang Prabang.

Luang Prabang is a small city. Except for Kuang Si Falls, other attractions are within walking distance. The hotel is very clean. It is not on the main street, so it is quite quiet. It is not far from the main street, just a few steps away! In the morning, you can go to the scene just by sitting at the door of the hotel! The location is really good!

Very good service, able to leave luggage. There is a comfortable, clean bathroom to use. The staff speak well and are polite. The location is easy to walk to various important points. Overall, 5/5.

There’s nothing to comment on. It’s not what I like. I paid in advance and couldn’t cancel. I had to give up and start looking for a new hotel. Having fun is the most important thing. Don’t be angry during the Chinese New Year.

The original room we booked required accommodation, but there was no arrangement, but the room fee had been deducted. When we arrived at the site, the room was very ordinary, and the second night was a common room, so I couldn't sleep well, so I wasted more than 300 yuan on the room fee. The surrounding area is still convenient, and it's okay if you don't have many requirements for room quality. The staff can speak everyday Chinese. There was a rooster nearby, and they crowed from about five o'clock in the morning to about eight o'clock in the morning. If I weren't too sleepy, I really wouldn't be able to sleep.

The location is very good. You can see alms when you go out. It is very close to the main temple, Mount Puxi and the night market. The breakfast is also very good. It is highly recommended.

The boss and employees can speak simple Chinese and have no problem communicating in Chinese and English. The people are very nice. I booked a tour bus to Guangxi Falls here. It was 10,000 kip cheaper than other hotels and the time was just right. The location of the hotel is very close to the night market and two rivers. It is super convenient for eating, leisure and entertainment.

The property has a small garden where you can relax, and the property offers a variety of tour activities for your convenience. Reception is friendly and speaks fluent English.

It's close to tourist spots and good value for money. There are almost no restaurants serving breakfast in this area, so it's best to eat at the hotel. The breakfast is quite ordinary, though lol. The young man on the night shift was also very honest and wonderful. The person who seemed to be the boss on the day shift smelled of money, so I minus one star. The room was old and the walls were thin, so at night the noisy neighbors were drinking, and I could hear their high-pitched laughter until late at night, which made it hard to fall asleep.
