The hotel is very clean, quiet and the staff are very warm and accomodating. A little bit pricey but the safety is guaranteed. I will recommend this hotel to those who want to visit Vancouver.

The hotel's interior and room decoration are retro and elegant, but the hardware facilities are generally not as advanced as those in China, and the room rates are relatively high. The location is very good, in a bustling area, convenient for dining and tourism, and there is a formal currency exchange agency nearby (the exchange rate is said to be better than others), a tourist pier, several light rail stations and ticket centers, and many of the surrounding buildings are a hundred years old.

It was generally very clean. The shared bathroom was also clean and comfortable. I gave the facilities a 4 because I thought it had to be shared. Maybe because there weren't many people there, it was very quiet and I was able to sleep well at night. The receptionist seemed a little cold, but she answered my questions properly, so maybe I was expecting too much Japanese service.

Very good location, convenient travel, clean rooms inside. But the room is not soundproof.

Living on the third floor, the bedding was dirty. There are only 20 old rooms on the entire floor and only one shared bathroom. I wonder how the hotel owner considered the problem?
